Peran Orang Tua dalam Mendukung Prestasi Atlet PUBG Mobile di Tim Bigetron Esports 

Orang tua mempunyai peranan penting dalam mendukung kegiatan anak dalam bidang yang ditekuninya. Terutama dukungan orang tua pada bidang olahraga yang beberapa tahun ini ini berkembang di kalangan remaja Indonesia yaitu olahraga elektronik atau biasa dikenal esports. Dengan adanya penelitian ini didapatkan  informasi seberapa besar peran orang tua dalam mendukung prestasi atlet PUBG Mobile di Tim Bigetron Esports. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, menggunakan metode angket yang diberikan secara online kepada orang tua atlet PUBG Mobile tim Bigetron Esports. Hasil dari penelitian ini pada faktor perhatian  terbilang cukup dengan presentase sebesar  67% (16 orang) , faktor gizi terbilang baik dengan presentase 37,6% (9 orang), faktor sarana dan prasarana sangat baik dengan presentase sebesar 54,2% (13 orang), faktor lingkungan  67% (16 orang) terbilang  baik. Berdasarkan dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan dukungan orang tua atlet esport PUBG Mobile di Tim Bigetron Esports termasuk kategori baik dari keempat faktor dukungan.

Parents have an important role in supporting children's activities in the fields they are engaged in. Especially the support of parents in sports, which in recent years has developed among Indonesian youth, electronic sports, commonly known as esports. This study aims to determine how significant parents' role in supporting the achievements of PUBG Mobile athletes in the Bigetron Esports Team is. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study, using a questionnaire method given online to the PUBG Mobile athletes of the Bigetron Esports team. The results of this study on the attention factor are pretty sufficient with a percentage of 67% (16 people), the nutritional aspect is pretty good with a rate of 37.6% (9 people), and the facilities and infrastructure factor is very good with a percentage of 54.2% (13 people ), 67% of environmental factors (16 people) were considered good. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the parental support of PUBG Mobile esports athletes in the Bigetron Esports Team is in the good category of the four support factors.
