Pentingnya pembelajaran berbasis STEAM untuk menumbuhkan berpikir kritis peserta didik menuntut adanya inovasi pembelajaran dengan menggunakan perangkat pembelajaran model Project Based Learning (PjBL) guna meningkatkan ketrampilan berpikir kritis. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran Fisika Model Project Based Learning (PjBL) Berbasis STEAM yang layak ditinjau dari segi kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan untuk melatihkan keterampilan berpikir kritis. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Perangkat pembelajaran yang telah dikembangkan divalidasi oleh tiga validator, yang terdiri dari dua dosen Fisika dan satu guru mata pelajaran Fisika, lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dengan jumlah pengamat sebanyak 3 orang pengamat, peserta didik sebagai responden melalui angket, dan lembar tes keterampilan berpikir kritis dengan menggunakan 5 indikator keteampilan berpikri kritis. Analisis data validasi dilakukan setelah data terkumpul dengan menggunakan analisis kriteria penilaian skala likert perangkat pembelajaran dikatakan valid jika memperoleh skor 71% − 100%. Analisis data hasil observasi keterlaksanaan diinterpretasikan dengan tabel kriteria dan dinyatakan praktis jika skor
≥75%. Keefektifan perangkat pembelajaran yaitu menghitung N-gain untuk melihat rata-rata nilai keterampilan berpikir kritis sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran . Uji t berpasangan digunakan untuk melihat perbedaan signifikan antara pre test dan post test. Hasil respon peserta didik juga menjadi indikator efektivitas dan skor yang mencapai rentang 81,25 < x < 100 (sangat baik) atau 62,5 < x < 81,25 (baik) telah memenuhi kriteria. Perangkat pembelajaran Model Project Based Learning (PjBL) layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran berbasis STEAM untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik apabila memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis, dan efektif.

The importance of STEAM-based learning to foster critical thinking in students demands learning innovation by using Project Based Learning (PjBL) model learning devices to improve critical thinking skills. This study aims to produce Physics learning devices with Project Based Learning (PjBL) Model Based on STEAM that are worthy in terms of validity, practicality, and effectiveness to train critical thinking skills. This study uses the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The developed learning device was validated by three validators, consisting of two Physics lecturers and one Physics subject teacher, observation sheets of learning implementation with 3 observers, students as respondents through questionnaires, and critical thinking skills test sheets using 5 indicators of critical thinking skills. Validation data analysis was carried out after the data was collected using the Likert scale assessment criteria analysis of the learning device, which was said to be valid if it obtained a score of 71% - 100%. Data analysis of the results of the implementation observation was interpreted with a criteria table and declared practical if the score was ≥75%. The effectiveness of the learning device was to calculate the N-gain to see the average value of critical thinking skills before and after learning. The paired t-test was used to see significant differences between the pre-test and post-test. The results of student responses were also an indicator of effectiveness and scores that reached a range of 81.25 < x < 100 (very good) or 62.5 < x < 81.25 (good) had met the criteria. The Project Based Learning (PjBL) Model learning tool is suitable for use in STEAM-based learning to improve students' critical thinking skills if it meets the criteria of being valid, practical, and effective.
