Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keterlaksanaan sintaks model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share yang dipadukan Make A Match, aktivitas siswa, hasil belajar siswa, dan motivasi belajar siswa. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan One group pretest-posttest design dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 36 siswa kelas X MIA-2 SMA Negeri 1 Sumberrejo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) keterlaksanaan pada pertemuan pertama dan kedua memperoleh kriteria baik atau sangat baik pada setiap fase dengan persentase ≥ 61 %. (2) aktivitas siswa selama pembelajaran dengan model kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share yang dipadukan Make A Match terlaksana dengan baik yaitu persentase aktivitas relevan ( ≥ 61 %) lebih besar dibandingkan persentase aktivitas tidak relevan. (3) hasil belajar menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 91,67 % siswa telah mencapai ketuntasan secara klasikal dan peningkatan hasil belajar melalui gain score diperoleh sebesar 86,11 % siswa mendapat kategori tinggi dan sebesar 13,89 % siswa mendapat kategori sedang. (4) motivasi belajar siswa yang diukur menggunakan angket motivasi ARCS mengalami peningkatan dari 47,43 % dengan kriteria cukup menjadi 78,25 % dengan kriteria baik.

The aims of this research to describe feasibility syntax implementation of cooperative learning model of Think Pair Share combined Make A Match, student activities, student learning outcomes, and student learning motivation. The design of the research used One group pretest-posttest design with a sample was 36 students of 10th MIA-2 SMA Negeri 1 Sumberrejo. The results of this research showed that (1) feasibility of the first and second meetings obtained good or very good criteria in each phase with a percentage of ≥ 61 %. (2) student activities during learning with the cooperative model of Think Pair Share which is combined with Make A Match is good with the percentage of relevant activities(≥ 61 %) is greater than the percentage of irrelevant activities. (3) student learning outcomes show that 91.67 % of students have achieved classical mastery and learnning outcomes through gain score is 86.11 % students get a high category and 13.89 % students get a medium category. (4) student learning motivation measured using the ARCS questionnaire increased with the average percentage of student motivation from 47.43 % with sufficient criteria to be 78.25 %.
