Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk menganalisis pengaruh koneksi politik dan financial distress terhadap nilai perusahaan. Variabel koneksi politik dalam penelitian ini dihitung dengan dummy yang datanya berasal dari annual report. Financial distress dihtung dengan z-score. Nilai perusahaan diproksikan dengan Tobin’s Q. Data sampel dalam penilitian ini sebanyak 129 data, dengan periode penelitian 2012-2016. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda.

    Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat simpulkan bahwa variabel koneksi politik tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan dan variabelofinancial distress berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan.

    This study has a purpose that is to analyze the influence of political connections and financial distress to the value of the company.
