PENGARUH PERCEIVED SOCIAL SUPPORT TERHADAP SUBJECTIVE WELL-BEING PADA SANTRI
THE INFLUENCE OF PERCEIVED SOCIAL SUPPORT ON SUBJECTIVES WELL-BEING IN STUDENTS
Rendahnya Perceived Social Support dapat menghambat Subjective Well-Being santri saat menghadapi tekanan dan ketatnya peraturan di sekolah asrama atau pondok pesantren. Penyebabnya diantaranya kesadaran individu dan rendahnya dukungan sosial. Studi yang dilaksanakan mempunyai tujuan guna mengetahui Pengaruh signifikan Perceived Social Support pada Subjective Well-Being pada Santri. Dipergunakan metode penelitian yakni kuantitatif. Subjek yang dikaji yakni santri sebagai bagian pesantren di kabupaten Jombang. Metode untuk menghimpun data yakni kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Social Support memberi pengaruh sebesar 33,3 % secara signifikan pada Subjective Well-Being santri. Perceived Social Support tidak hanya menyediakan bantuan praktis dan emosional, tetapi juga membantu individu merasa lebih terhubung, dihargai, dan mampu menghadapi tantangan hidup. Denganya, membangun dan memelihara hubungan sosial yang kuat adalah kunci agar dicapai dan mempertahankan Subjective Well-Being yang tinggi.
The research aims to determine the Low Perceived Social Support can hinder students' Subjective Well-Being when facing pressure and strict regulations at boarding schools or Islamic boarding schools. The causes include individual awareness and low social support. The study carried out had the aim of determining the significant influence of Perceived Social Support on Subjective Well-Being in Santri. The research method used is quantitative. The subjects studied were students as part of Islamic boarding schools in Jombang district. The method for collecting data is a questionnaire. The results of the research show that Perceived Social Support has a significant influence of 33.3% on the Subjective Well-Being of students. Perceived Social Support not only provides practical and emotional assistance, but also helps individuals feel more connected, valued, and able to face life's challenges. Thus, building and maintaining strong social relationships is the key to achieving and maintaining high Subjective Well-Being.
