Pengaruh latihan loncat gawang dan lateral jump over barier terhadap kemampuan tinggi loncatan pemain bolavoli SMP Negeri 5 Bojonegoro
The effect of hurdle jump and lateral jump over barier training on the high jumping ability of volleyball players of SMP Negeri 5 Bojonegoro
Latihan plyometric merupakan bentuk latihan yang cukup sangat beraneka ragam. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti hanya menggunakan 2 bentuk latihan plyometric yaitu loncat gawang dan lateral jump over barier. Latihan loncat gawang dan lateral jump over barier adalah salah satu bentuk latihan plyometric yang sangat tepat untuk meningkatkan daya ledak (power) pada kaki.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan loncat gawang dan lateral jump over barier terhadap tinggi loncatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain two group pretest postest design dengan jumlah sampel 20 orang, dan jumlah sampel dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok yang masing-masing berisi 10 orang per kelompok. Data yang diperoleh diuji menggunakan program statistik SPSS 29. Berdasarkan hasil uji paired sampel t-test kelompok loncat gawang menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikan p sebsar 0,001 <0,05 yang berarti ada pengaruh signifikan. Sedangkan untuk lateral jump over barier nilai signifikan p sebesar 0,001 itu menyatakan bahwa nilai signifikan p 0,001 <0,05, yang berarti ada pengaruh yang signifkan. Dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari latihan loncat gawang dan lateral jump over barier terhadap tinggi loncatan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan loncat gawang dan lateral jump over barier sangat efisien untuk meningkatkan tinggi loncatan.

Plyometric excercise is a form of exercise that is quite very diverse. In this study, only researchers used 2 form of plyometrics exercise, namely hudrle jumping and lateral jump over barier. Hurdle jump anf lateral jump over barier training is one form of plyometric training that very effective in increasing explosive power (power) in the feet.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of goal jump training and lateral jump over barier on jump height. This study used a quantitative method with a two group pretest posttest desaign with a sample size of 20 people, and the sample size was divided into 2 groups, each containing 10 people per groups. The data obtained were tested using the SPSS 29 statistical programme. Based on the result of the paired sample t-test, the jumping goal groups shows that the significant effect. As for the lateral jump over barrier, the significant value of p is 0,001 it states that the significant value of p is 0,001 <0,05, which means there is a significant effect. And the result showed that there was a significant effect of a goal jump training and lateral jump over barier on jump height. Based on the result of the paired sample t-test of the goal jump group, it shows that the significant effect. As for the lateral jump over barier, the significant value of p is 0,001 it states that signoificant value of p is 0,001 <0,05, which means there is a significant effect, and the result showed that there was a significant effect of goal jumping and lateral jump over barier on jumping height. So it can be concluded that goal jumping and lateral jump over barier excersise are very effecient tapi increase jumping height.
