Upcycle gaun pengantin merupakan cara untuk memanfaatkan gaun pengantin bekas menjadi gaun pengantin yang memilki manfaat lain dengan kualitas yang lebih baik dari nilai aslinya. Upcycle gaun pengantin adalah gaun pengantin bekas yang tidak terpakai/ out off the date/ rusak lalu di daur ulang kembali menjadi produk baru yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: a) hasil jadi gaun pengantin upcycle ditinjau dari pengembangan desain. b) hasil jadi gaun pengantin upcycle ditinjau dari keseraian bahan. c) hasil jadi gaun pengantin upcycle ditinjau dari hiasan. d) hasil terbaik dari upcycle gaun pengantin yang layak digunakan kembali

Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Dengan mengamati hasil jadi produk dilihat dari hasil jadi pengembangan desain, hasil jadi keserasian bahan, hasil jadi detail hiasan dan kelayakan hasil jadi gaun pengantin upcycle. Gaun pengantin yang akan di observasi ada dua gaun. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode  observasi pemilihan desain upcycle gaun pengantin dilakukan oleh 3 (tiga) desainer di bidang gaun pengantin. Observasi  hasil jadi upcycle gaun pengantin dilakukan oleh 30 (tigapuluh) observer. 3 (tiga) panelis ahli yaitu dosen progam studi S1 Pendidikan tata busana dan 27 (duapuluh tujuh) orang mahasiswa S1 pendidikan tata busana. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus prosentase untuk mengetahui hasil jadi dua upcycle gaun pengantin

Hasil penelitian upcycle gaun pengantin satu yang ditinjau dari hasil pengembangan desain mendapatkan nilai sangat baik, dari hasil keserasian bahan mendapatkan nilai sangat baik, dari hasil detail hiasan mendapatkan nilai sangat baik dan untuk pengembangan hasil jadi gaun pengantin memperoleh nilai yang sangat baik. Hasil penelitian upcycle gaun pengantin dua yang ditinjau dari hasil pengembangan desain mendapatkan nilai sangat baik, dari hasil keserasian bahan mendapatkan nilai sangat baik, dari hasil detail hiasan mendapatkan nilai sangat baik dan untuk pengembangan hasil jadi gaun pengantin memperoleh nilai yang sangat baik.

Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaun pengantin upcycle satu dan dua sangat baik dalam aspek pengembangan desain gaun pengantin upcycle, keserasian bahan gaun pengantin ucpcyle , detail hiasan gaun pengantin upcycle  dan pengembangan hasil jadi gaun pengantin upcycle.

Upcycle wedding dress is the way to make use of former wedding gown will be wedding dress who have other benefits with qualities better of the value of the original. Wedding dress is upcycle wedding dress former unused / out of the date / damaged and recycled back into new product quality. This report aims to understand: a) results so wedding dress upcycle in terms of design development. b)results so wedding dress upcycle in terms of keseraian material . c)results so wedding dress upcycle in terms of ornament . d)the best result of upcycle wedding dress decent reused. The methodology used is descriptive quantitative .By observing the seen so products from the so design development, so the results harmony, the hangings so detail and feasibility results so wedding dress upcycle There are two Wedding dress to be observation. Data collection method uses the election observation design upcycle wedding dress done by 3 (three) designer in the wedding dress. Observation of the results of the wedding dress upcycle was carried out by 30 (thirty) observers. 3 (three) expert panelists were S1 fashion education study program lecturers and 27 (twenty seven) fashion education S1 students. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula to find out the results into two upcycle wedding dresses

The research results on wedding gown  one which are viewed from the results of design development get very good value, from the results of the harmony of the material to get very good value, from the results of decoration details get very good value and for the development of the results the wedding dress gets very good value. The results of the research on wedding gown, two that are viewed from the results of design development get very good value, from the results of the harmony of the materials to get very good value, from the results of decoration details get very good value and for the development of the results the wedding dresses get very good value.

Then it can be concluded that upcycle one and two wedding gowns are very good in aspects of the development of upcycle wedding gown designs, harmony of the ucpcyle wedding dress materials, details of upcycle wedding dresses and development details of the results of becoming upcycle wedding dresses.
