Designing K14B Promotional Media Through Instagram
In the modern era using branded clothes is very influential, especially for teenagers, due to high lifestyle demands that some people with minimal income choose the road to buy branded clothes in second condition. K14B is an online shop account that sells second-brand clothing located in Gresik. The clothes that are sold are the majority of men's clothing in the form of polo shirts and shirts from brands such as Lacoste, Fred Perry and Tommy Hilfiger.
Lack of innovation made by the owner in managing the business, resulting in a lack of customer interest. In order to increase sales of K14B products, a promotional media was designed through social media Instagram to attract more customers, especially lovers and collectors of branded clothing. The method used in this design is to collect primary and secondary data sources with data collection techniques through observation interviews and documentation and using the SWOT data analysis method. With the creation of this promotional media K14B was able to disseminate information and serve as a guide for the public on how to manage a business through social media Instagram and increased sales by 80% compared to previous sales.
