Analisa Tingkat Kesulitan Soal Latihan USBN 2019 Melalui Aplikasi Anates

                Diakhir kelas XII setiap siswa wajib mengikuti Ujian Sekolah atau US dan USBN. USBN adalah Ujian Sekolah Berstandar Nasional. Jika Ujian Sekolah hanya berstandar Sekolah maka USBN Berstandar Nasional yang dimana pembuatnya dari pemerintah pusat lalu diturunkan kepada tim MGMP tiap provinsi. Tujuan dari USBN ini merupakan penjaminan mutu pada satuan pendidikan.

                Penelitian ini membahas apakah latihan USBN Sejarah yang diklaim sebagai soal HOTS sudah sesuai atau belum. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis soal-soal latihan USBN Sejarah. Analisis soal ini meliputi interval setiap siswa dan kualitas soal menggunakan aplikasi Anates.

                Jenis penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif, dalam pengumpulan data berupa dua paket berbeda latihan USBN. Serta teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi dimana peneliti mendapatkan soal latihan dari guru. Peneliti tidak menggunakan wawancara maupun angket karena tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis soal latihan USBN Sejarah. Teknik triangulasi digunakan untuk menguji keabsahan data.

                Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah soal latihan ini belum termasuk masih LOTS atau berkategori mudah. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan menggunakan aplikasi Anates yang menunjukkan bahwa masih 60% soal didominasi oleh soal mudah 10% soal sulit dan 30% soal yang layak. Untuk interval dengan 28 alumni dengan 11 anak yang mendapatkan nilai A, 16 anak yang mendapatkan nilai B dan 1 anak mendapatkan nilai C. Selain itu peran guru dalam membuat soal juga mempengaruhi kualitas soal. Banyak guru yang belum memahami apa itu soal HOTS. Pelatihan tentang soal HOTS yang dilakukan pemerintah harus lebih gencar karena banyak guru belum bisa memaknai soal HOTS. Selain itu, apabila guru sejarah menyukai menulis maka akan menunjang kualitasnya dalam membuat soal HOTS.

 Analysis of Difficulty Level of The 2019 Excercise Problem through the Anates Application

                    At the end of class XII each student is required to take the School Examination or US and USBN. USBN is a National Standard School Exam. If the School Examination only has School Standards, then the National Standard USBN where the maker from the central government is then handed down to MGMP teams in each province. The purpose of the USBN is to guarantee quality in education units.

                    This study discusses whether the USBN History exercise claimed as a HOTS question is appropriate or not. The purpose of this study is to analyze the questions of the USBN History exercise. This question analysis includes the intervals of each student and the quality of the questions using the Anates application.

                    This type of research used is qualitative research, in the collection of data in the form of two different USBN training packages. As well as data collection techniques using documentation methods where researchers get practice questions from the teacher. The researcher did not use interviews or questionnaires because the purpose of this study was to analyze the USBN Historical exercise questions. Triangulation techniques are used to test the validity of the data.

                    The results of this study are that the exercise questions do not include LOTS or easy categories. This is proven by using the Anates application which shows that 60% of questions are dominated by easy questions, 10% difficult questions and 30% feasible questions. For intervals with 28 alumni with 11 children who get A grades, 16 children who get B grades and 1 child get C grades. Besides the role of the teacher in making questions also affects the quality of the questions. Many teachers don't understand what HOTS is all about. The training on HOTS questions conducted by the government must be more intense because many teachers have not been able to interpret HOTS questions. In addition, if the history teacher likes to write it will support their quality in making HOTS questions.
