Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh Job Crafting terhadap Task Performance melalui Work Engagement Karyawan PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Surabaya Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausalitas dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan jumlah sampel 40 responden pada karyawan PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Surabaya Selatan. Analisis statistic yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 3.0.
Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Job Crafting berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Task Performance. Job Crafting berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Work Engagement. Work Engagement berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Task Performance. Work Engagemment tidak memediasi pengaruh Job Crafting terhadap Task Performance.

This study aims to study and explain the Work Crafting of Task Performance through Work Engagement Employees of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Surabaya Selatan. This research is a causality study with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses saturated samples with a sample size of 40 respondents to employees of PT. Pos Indonesia Cabang Surabaya Selatan. The statistical analysis used in this study was Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software.
The results of this study explain that Job Crafting has a positive significant effect on Task Performance. Job Crafting has a significant positive effect on Work Engagement. Work Engagement has a significant positive effect on Task Performance. Work Engagemment does not mediate the effect of Job Crafting on Task Performance.
