Pengaruh kepemimpinan pembelajaran dan iklim organisasi terhadap komunitas profesional guru SMP di Kota Yogyakarta

THE INFLUENCE OF LEARNING LEADERSHIP AND 

ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE ON PROFESSIONAL 

LEARNING COMMUNITY OF JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL 

TEACHERS IN YOGYAKARTA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh 

kepemimpinan pembelajaran terhadap komunitas pembelajaran 

profesional guru, pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap komunitas 

pembelajaran profesional guru, pengaruh kepemimpinan 

pembelajaran dan iklim organisasi terhadap komunitas 

pembelajaran profesional guru SMP di Kota Yogyakarta. Populasi 

dari penelitian ini adalah guru SMP se-Kota Yogyakarta. Sampel 

penelitian sebanyak 249 guru SMP se-Kota Yogyakarta dengan 

teknik simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan 

melalui metode kuesioner melalui pengukuran empat skala likert. 

Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan regresi 

linear berganda dengan software IBM SPSS 25. 

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 

pengaruh signifikan kepemimpinan pembelajaran terhadap 

komunitas pembelajaran profesional guru, terdapat pengaruh 

signifikan iklim organisasi terhadap komunitas pembelajaran profesional guru, dan terdapat pengaruh signifikan 

kepemimpinan pembelajaran dan iklim organisasi terhadap 

komunitas pembelajaran profesional guru SMP di Kota 

Yogyakarta.

This study aims to analyze the effect of learning leadership 

on teachers' professional learning community, the effect of 

organizational climate on teachers' professional learning 

community, the effect of learning leadership and organizational 

climate on professional learning community of junior high school 

teachers in Yogyakarta. The population of this research is junior 

high school teachers in Yogyakarta. The research sample was 249 

junior high school teachers in Yogyakarta using simple random 

sampling technique. Data collection was done through a 

questionnaire method through the measurement of four Likert 

scales. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple 

linear regression with IBM SPSS 25 software. 

The results of this study indicate that there is a significant 

influence of learning leadership on teachers' professional learning 

community, there is a significant influence of organizational 

climate on teachers' professional learning community, and there isa significant influence of learning leadership and organizational 

climate on professional learning community of junior high school 

teachers in Yogyakarta.
