Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi digitalisasi desa menggunakan sistem OpenSID sebagai upaya meningkatkan mutu dan kualitas pelayanan publik di Desa Tambakrejo. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen terkait. Data tersebut dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang mendalam tentang implementasi digitalisasi desa melalui OpenSID.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi digitalisasi desa melalui OpenSID di Desa Tambakrejo telah memberikan dampak positif dalam peningkatan mutu dan kualitas pelayanan publik. Digitalisasi administrasi kependudukan melalui OpenSID telah memudahkan aksesibilitas data kependudukan, mengurangi kesalahan administrasi, dan mempercepat proses pelayanan administrasi kependudukan seperti pendaftaran penduduk, pemutakhiran data, dan penerbitan dokumen kependudukan. Selain itu, implementasi OpenSID juga telah meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam tata kelola administrasi kependudukan.
Namun, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasi digitalisasi desa melalui OpenSID. Tantangan tersebut meliputi keterbatasan akses internet yang stabil dan terjangkau di beberapa wilayah desa dan kekurangan sumber daya manusia yang terampil dalam penggunaan teknologi informasi. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini, disarankan agar pemerintah desa Tambakrejo mengatasi tantangan tersebut dengan meningkatkan infrastruktur internet di desa, memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada petugas operator desa tentang penggunaan OpenSID, serta melibatkan masyarakat dalam proses implementasi untuk menciptakan pemahaman dan dukungan yang lebih luas.

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of village digitization using the OpenSID system as an effort to improve the quality and quality of public services in Tambakrejo Village. The method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Research data were collected through observation, interviews, and analysis of related documents. The data was analyzed using qualitative analysis techniques to gain a deep understanding of the implementation of village digitization through OpenSID.
The results of the study show that the implementation of village digitization through OpenSID in Tambakrejo Village has had a positive impact on improving the quality and quality of public services. Digitizing population administration through OpenSID has facilitated the accessibility of population data, reduced administrative errors, and accelerated the process of population administration services such as population registration, updating data, and issuing population documents. In addition, the implementation of OpenSID has also increased transparency and accountability in population administration governance.
However, this study also identified several challenges faced in implementing village digitization through OpenSID. These challenges include limited stable and affordable internet access in several village areas and a shortage of skilled human resources in the use of information technology. Based on the findings of this study, it is suggested that the Tambakrejo village government overcome these challenges by improving internet infrastructure in the village, providing training and assistance to village operators on using OpenSID, and involving the community in the implementation process to create wider understanding and support.
