Teacher Recruitment in Vocational School Level

Dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan memiliki permasalahan serius dalam tata kelola guru, terlebih guru produktif di jenjang Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Dalam menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang bermutu, berkompeten, dan mampu bersaing di era globalisasi salah satunya adalah melalui Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut maka salah satu upaya yang dilakukan ialah dengan rekrutmen guru produktif. Rekrutmen guru produktif merupakan serangkaian kegiatan untuk mencari dan mendapatkan calon guru yang akan mengajar mata pelajaran produktif di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Guru produktif merupakan guru dengan keahlian produktif tertentu yang mengajar di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Tujuan artikel ilmiah ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana rekrutmen guru produktif di SMK. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur yaitu penelitian kepustakaan menggunakan data sekunder yang didapatkan melalui artikel ilmiah maupun referensi yang relevan. Hasil dari telaah literatur ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan rekrutmen guru produktif terdiri dari perencanaan rekrutmen guru protduktif, proses rekrutmen guru protduktif, dan penempatan guru produktif di Jenjang Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri.

In the implementation of education, there are serious problems in teacher management, especially productive teachers at the Vocational High School level. In creating quality, competent, and competitive human resources in the era of globalization, one of them is through Vocational High Schools. To answer these problems, one of the efforts made is the recruitment of productive teachers. Productive teacher recruitment is a series of activities to find and get prospective teachers who will teach productive subjects in Vocational High Schools. Productive teachers are teachers with certain productive skills who teach in Vocational High Schools. The purpose of this scientific article is to find out how to recruit productive teachers in SMK. The method used is literature study, namely library research using secondary data obtained through scientific articles and relevant references. The results of this literature review indicate that productive teacher recruitment activities consist of planning for the recruitment of productive teachers, the recruitment process for productive teachers, and the placement of productive teachers at the State Vocational High School.
