Evaluasi Lahan Parkir Mobil dengan Menggunakan Median Jalan di Kawasan SMA Komplek Surabaya 

Evaluation of The Car Parking Using The Median Of The Roads in the High School Complex Of Surabaya (Case Study: Wijaya Kusuma Street)

Abstrak

Jalan WijayaKusuma Merupakan jalan dengan padatnya kendaraan pribadi. Permasalahan Area lahan Parkir yang berada di SMA Komplek Surabaya ialah suatu dengan fenomena baru. Kebutuhan suatu lahan parkir menjadi keutamaan yang sangat penting,  ketika suatu lahan parkir tidak bisa menampung sebuah kendaraan sering dijumpai di dalam peranan sistem transportasi. Permasalahan perparkiran juga terjadi di kota besar termasuk kota Surabaya yakni Jalan wijaya Kusuma. Tujuan Studi ini guna mengetahui pengaruh parkir di jalan tersebut terhadap lancarnya lalu lintas, serta karakteristik parkir. Teknik Pengumpulan data dalam studi ini merupakan untuk survei jumlah kendaraan mobil yang parkir di lahan tersebut. Dengan variabel penelitianya adalah: Kapasitas Jalan, Volume Parkir, Durasi Parkir, Akumulasi Parkir, Indeks Parkir, Kapasitas Statis, Kapasitas Dinamis . Hasil Analisis menyimpulkan bahwa  parkir kendaraan mobil Pada ruas jalan Wijaya Kusuma SMA Komplek Surabaya mempunyai kapasitas parkir badan jalan sebesar 60 Satuan Ruang Parkir dengan memiliki Durasi Parkir terlama yakni di kedua ruas jalan yaitu 60 menit dengan Wijaya Kusuma sisi Barat relative besar dengan nilai terbesar 14,85%, Sedangkan di ruas jalan Wijaya Kusuma sisi Timur relative besar dengan nilai terbesar 14,10%.

Abstract

Wijaya Kusuma Is a road with a lot of private vehicles. The problem of the parking area in the Surabaya Complex High School is a new phenomenon. The need for a parking space becomes a very important priority, when a parking lot cannot accommodate a vehicle, it is often encountered in the role of the transportation system. Parking problems also occur in big cities, including the city of Surabaya, namely Jalan Wijaya Kusuma. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of parking on the street on smooth traffic and parking characteristics. The data collection technique in this study is to survey the number of cars parked on the land. The research variables are: Road Capacity, Parking Volume, Parking Duration, Parking Accumulation, Parking Index, Static Capacity, Dynamic Capacity. The results of the analysis conclude that car parking on the Wijaya Kusuma SMA Komplek Surabaya has a road body parking capacity of 60 units of parking space with the longest parking duration, namely on both roads, which is 60 minutes with Wijaya Kusuma on the west side is relatively large with the largest value of 14 , 85%, while on the Wijaya Kusuma road on the East side is relatively large with the largest value of 14.10%.
