DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENT ACTIVITY SHEETS (SAS) BASED ON BIOENTREPRENEURSHIP IN CONVENTIONAL BIOTECHOLOGY MATERIALS TO TRAIN CREATIVE THINKING SKILLS

The purpose of this study
was to produce Student Activity Sheet (SAS) with Bioentrepreneurship oriented on
conventional biotechnology material to train creative thinking skills which is
feasible to use reviewed from validity, practicality, and effectiveness. SAS was developed with a 4-D research design such
as Define , Design, Develop , and Disseminate . Limited trials were
conducted to 24 students in 12th grade of SMAN 3 Tuban. The validity
was reviewed from the results of validation by expert lecturers and biology
teachers, the practicality of the SAS
was reviewed from the observations of student activities, and the
effectiveness of the SAS was reviewed from the result of learning outcomes, creative
thinking skill test, product results, and student response questionnaires. The
results of the SAS validity get a score of 94.30% with a very valid category.
The practicality of the SAS gets a score of 97.09% with a very practical
category. The effectiveness of SAS shown that the learning outcomes of students
were reviewed from the pretest and posttest result which are analyzed using
N-Gain Score, the results shown that N-gain score of students get value in the medium category and high
category. The test of creative thinking skills and the results of product
evaluations get an average score of 83,3% and 90,82%
in the very effective category. The response of students gets an average score
of 98.75 in very effective category.
