Tujuan pada penelitian ini yaitu untukllmengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaranProle playingppterhadap hasil nilai belajar siswa serta persentase ketuntasan belajar siswa pada materi Produk Kue Indonesia dari Beras dan Tepung Beras di siswa kelas XI Jasa Boga diPSMKN 2 Tuban. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen kuantitatif dengan design penelitian pre eksperimental design (design eksperimental semu) dengan menggunakan subjek berjumlah 32 siswa pada kelas XI Jasa Boga. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan one group pre test post test design, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes lalu di uji dengan uji normalitas lalu uji t-test duaPpihak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat ditarik simpulan bahwa adanya peningkatanPpada hasil nilai rata-rata siswa yaitu sebesar 14,35, sertaPpeningkatan persentase kelulusan siswa sebesar 53,125% setelah diberikannya model pembelajaran role playing.
This study aims to determine the effect of the role playing learning model on the results of student learning scores and the percentage of student learning completeness on the material of Indonesian Cake Products from Rice and Rice Flour in class XI Culinary Services at SMKN 2 Tuban. This study uses a quantitative experimental research method with a pre-experimental research design (quasi-experimental design) by using a subject totaling 32 students in class XI Culinary Services. The research design used a one group pre test post test design, with data collection techniques using a test and then tested with a normality test and then a two-party t-test. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is an increase in the results of the student's average score of 14.35, and an increase in the percentage of student graduation by 53.125% after the role playing learning model is given.
