Pengaruh Good Corporate Governance, Struktur Modal, dan Corporate Social Responsibility Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Pada Perusahaan Trade and Service Yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia

The Influence of Good Corporate Governance, Capital Structure, and Corporate Social Responsibility on Financial Performance in Trade and Service Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange

Peneliti memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari GCG (good corporate governance, struktur modal, corporate social responsibility terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan yaitu ROE (return on equity). Penelitian menggunakan laporan keuangan dan laporan tahunan pada perusahaan (data sekunder). Populasi yang digunakan oleh peneliti merupakan perusahaan trade and service di Indonesia yang datanya terdapat pada IDX tahun 2018-2020. Peneliti menggunakan sampel 10 perusahaan trade and service. Metode purposive sampling digunakan oleh peneliti untuk mendapatkan sampel tersebut. Peneliti menguji datanya dengan program SPSS 23. Peneliti menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda pada pengujiannya. Penelitian ini menunjukan hasil secara simultan bahwasannya GCG, struktur modal, dan CSR memiliki pengaruh terhadap ROE (return on equity) pada perusahaan. Secara parsial penelitian ini menunjukan bahwasanya GCG dan CSR tidak berpengaruh terhadap ROE (return on equity) perusahaan, sedangkan variabel independen struktur modal berpengaruh negatif terhadap ROE perusahaan.

Researchers have a goal to determine the effect of GCG (good corporate governance, capital structure, corporate social responsibility on the company's financial performance, namely ROE (return on equity). The study uses financial statements and annual reports on companies (secondary data). The population used by researchers is a trade and service company in Indonesia whose data is contained in IDX in 2018-2020. Researchers used a sample of 10 trade and service companies. Purposive sampling method was used by researchers to obtain the sample. Researchers tested the data with the SPSS 23 program. Researchers used a linear regression method This study shows the results simultaneously that GCG, capital structure, and CSR have an influence on the company's ROE (return on equity). while the variable independent capital structure has a negative effect on the company's ROE.
