PENGEMBANGAN E – LKPD BERBASIS LIVEWORKSHEET PADA KOMPETENSI MENGANALISIS RUANG LINGKUP, GILIRAN DAN KARAKTERISTIK MENU KONTINENTAL
DEVELOPMENT OF E-LKPD BASED ON LIVEWORKSHEET IN COMPETENCY ANALYSING THE SCOPE, TURN AND CONTINENTAL MENU CHARACTERISTICS
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) Kelayakan E-LKPD Berbasis Liveworksheet pada Kompetensi Menganalisis Ruang Lingkup, Giliran (Courses) Dan Karakteristik Menu Kontinental, dan 2) Respon peserta didik terhadap E-LKPD Berbasis Liveworksheet pada Kompetensi Menganalisis Ruang Lingkup, Giliran Dan Karakteristik Menu Kontinental di SMK Dharma Wanita Gresik. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian R&D dengan model pengembangan 4-D (Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate). Hasil prototype E-LKPD Berbasis Liveworksheet pada Kompetensi Menganalisis Ruang Lingkup, Giliran dan Karakteristik Menu Kontinental diuji kelayakannya oleh validator ahli materi dan ahli media. Data kelayakan e-lkpd dikumpulkan dengan teknik kuisioner secara langsung (offline) sedangkan respon peserta didik dikumpulkan dengan teknik kuisioner secara online . menggunakan angket terbuka berskala likert rentangan 1-4. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif, validasi dari analisis dengan formula Aiken V dan dilanjutkan dengan Uji ICC menggunakan combarth alpha, serta rerata untuk mengetahui hasil respon peserta didik.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian,, diperoleh hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: 1) Hasil kelayakan validasi judgment expert diperoleh data V index pada aspek materi sebesar 0,955 dengan rxx 0,987 yang artinya Layak dan V indeks pada aspek media 0,812 dengan nilai rxx 0,979 yang artinya Layak, 2) Hasil respon peserta didik terhadap uji coba e-lkpd mencapai 85,7% dengan kategori sangat baik. Dengan demikian e-lkpd berbasis liveworksheet pada kompetensi menganalisis ruang lingkup, giliran dan karakteristik menu kontinental dapat dikatakan sangat baik dan layak untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran Tata Hidang.

This study aims to find out: 1) E-LKPD's eligibility based Liveworksheet to Competencies Analysing Scope, Turn (Courses) and Continental Menu Characteristics, and 2) Participants' responses to E-LKPD based Liveworksheet to Competencies, It's And Characteristics of Continental Menus at Dharma Women's High School Gresik. It is a type of R&D research with 4-D development models (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). The results of the Liveworksheet-based E-LKPD prototype on the Competency of Applying the Scope, Turn and Characteristics of Continental Menu were tested for its feasibility by material expert validators and media experts. E-scientific feasibility data were collected using a direct quisionary technique (1961) while the student's response was collected using online quisition techniques using an open-source contention scale of 1-4. Data analysis techniques were performed descriptively quantitatively, validating the analysis with the Aiken V formula and continued with the ICC Test using combarth alpha, as well as accurately to determine the outcome of the student's response.
Based on the research results, the following research results were obtained: 1) The Vindex validation data on the material aspect was 0.955 with rxx 0.987 which meant that it was feasible and the V index on the media aspect was 0.812 with a value of rxx 0.979 which meant that the participants were eligible for the e-lkpd trials reached 85.7% with excellent categories. Thus the liveworksheet-based e-lkpd on the scope competency, turn and continental menu characteristics can be said to be excellent and worthy of use in the study of Hidang.
