Education services for children with special needs can be
implemented requiring teachers with special skills. There are special
supervising teachers who have taken PLB and not PLB, there are those who have
been certified and have not been certified, and there are those who have worked
for more than 5 years and there are those who have not taken 5 years, which
affects their special skills according to the field they are dealing with. The
aim of this research is to determine the influence of project-based community
blended learning, educational background, competency, and years of service on
the ability to design, implement, and evaluate learning for special supervising
teachers in inclusive schools.
The research subjects were 20 special education teachers and 20 non
special education teachers. The instrument is tested for validity and
reliability. Subjects were tested for normality and homogeneity. Hypothesis
testing uses Univariate Analysis of Variance. The results of the research show
that there is an influence of project-based community blended learning,
educational background, competency, and years of service on the ability to
design, implement and evaluate learning for special supervising teachers in
inclusive schools.
