ASUPAN MAKANAN, PENGETAHUAN GIZI IBU, DAN STATUS GIZI SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR INKLUSI GALUH HANDAYANI SURABAYA
FOOD INTAKE, MATERNAL NUTRITION KNOWLEDGE, AND NUTRITIONAL STATUS OF INCLUSIVE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS GALUH HANDAYANI SURABAYA
Anak usia sekolah merupakan golongan usia antara 7-15 tahun yang lazimnya terjadi peningkatan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Namun sayangnya, tidak semua anak memiliki proses tumbuh kembang dengan baik yang biasa disebut dengan anak berkebutuhan khusus. Anak berkebutuhan khusus relatif memiliki gangguan dalam metabolisme tubuh yang dapat berpengaruh pada status gizinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara asupan makanan dan pengetahuan gizi ibu dengan status gizi siswa di Sekolah Dasar Inklusi Galuh Handayani Surabaya. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian cross-sectional study. Penelitian dilakukan secara online melalui platform WhatsApp dan Google Form. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 32 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi kuesioner karakteristik responden, tes pengetahuan gizi ibu, dan kuesioner food record. Hasil analisis uji korelasi Rank Spearmann menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan gizi ibu dengan status gizi (p>0,05). Hasil uji korelasi Rank Spearmann juga menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara asupan zat gizi dengan status gizi (p>0,05).
School-age children are the age group between 7-15 years which usually had a significant increase in the growth and development of children. But unfortunately, not all children had a good growth and development process known as children with special needs. This child had a relative disorder in the body's metabolism that could affect his nutritional status. This study was aimed to determine the relationship between food intake and knowledge of maternal nutrition with the nutritional status of students at Galuh Handayani Inclusive Elementary School Surabaya. This research was a cross-sectional study. This research was carried out through the WhatsApp and Google Form applications. The number of samples in the study were 32 students. The instruments were used a questionnaire on the characteristics of respondents, a test of maternal nutrition knowledge, and a food record questionnaire. The Spearmann's Rank correlation test was concluded that there was no significant relationship between nutrient intake and nutritional status (p-value >0.05). The Spearmann Rank correlation test was also concluded that there was no significant relationship between maternal nutritional knowledge and nutritional status (p-value >0.05).
