This research aims to examine the application of the Hands-On Learning method in improving basic screen printing skills of students in the Package C Equivalency Program at CLC Tunas Harapan Surabaya. Non-formal education has an important role in providing applicable vocational skills for students who cannot access formal education. In this context, Hands-On Learning is an effective method because it emphasizes direct practice, so that participants find it easier to understand screen printing techniques compared to conventional methods. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews with students and tutors, and analysis of training documentation. The results showed that the application of Hands-On Learning improved students' understanding and technical skills in screen printing. Participants were more active in learning, showed better motor skills, and were confident in producing quality products. In addition, this method also encouraged students' creativity in developing innovative screen printing designs. The success of this method is influenced by factors such as intensive tutor guidance, the availability of adequate practice tools, and a supportive learning environment. However, this study also found several obstacles, including low motivation of some students who have worked, limited training time, and lack of optimal facilities and infrastructure. The conclusion of this study shows that the Hands-On Learning method contributes positively to improving the screen printing skills of Package C students at CLC Tunas Harapan Surabaya. Therefore, a strengthening strategy is needed in the implementation of this method, including adjusting learning time, increasing student motivation, and providing more adequate facilities so that learning outcomes are optimal.
