Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh latihan Squat Jump, Forward Hops, dan Tuck Jump terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, kekuatan, kecepatan, dan daya tahan kardiovaskular siswa yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler olahraga. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain pre-test dan post-test control group. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari empat kelompok tiga kelompok perlakuan yang masing-masing diberikan model latihan plyometric berbeda, serta satu kelompok kontrol yang melakukan latihan konvensional. Instrumen pengukuran meliputi tes kekuatan otot tungkai dengan leg dynamometer, tes kecepatan lari 30 meter, tes power dengan vertical jump (alat Jump MD), dan tes daya tahan kardiovaskular menggunakan Pacer Test Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa ketiga model latihan plyometric memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel yang diteliti, dengan latihan Tuck Jump menunjukkan hasil paling optimal dalam meningkatkan seluruh aspek performa fisik. Temuan ini menyimpulkan bahwa model latihan plyometric, khususnya Tuck Jump, lebih efektif dibandingkan latihan konvensional dalam mengembangkan komponen kondisi fisik siswa secara menyeluruh. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan program latihan berbasis bukti yang dapat diimplementasikan di lingkungan pendidikan dan pembinaan olahraga.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Squat Jump, Forward Hops, and Tuck Jump exercises on increasing the power of cooling muscles, strength, speed, and cardiovascular endurance of students who participate in extracurricular sports activities. The study used an experimental method with a pre-test and post-test control group design. The subjects of the study consisted of four groups of three treatment groups, each of which was given a different plyometric exercise model, and one control group that did conventional exercises. The measurement instruments included a leg dynamometer muscle strength test, a 30-meter running speed test, a vertical jump power test (Jump MD tool), and a Pacer Test cardiovascular endurance test. The results of statistical tests showed that the three plyometric exercise models had a significant effect on the variables studied, with the Tuck Jump exercise showing the most optimal results in improving all aspects of physical performance. This conclusion concludes that the plyometric exercise model, especially the Tuck Jump, is more effective than conventional exercise in developing the components of students' physical condition as a whole. This study contributes to the development of evidence-based exercise programs that can be implemented in sports education and training environments.
