Adaptasi Alat Ukur Cognitive Fusion dalam Konteks Bahasa Indonesia
Adaptation of the Cognitive Fusion Measurement Tool in the Indonesian Language Context
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengadaptasi dan menguji validitas serta reliabilitas Cognitive Fusion Questionnaire versi Bahasa Indonesia sebagai alat ukur tingkat fusi kognitif pada mahasiswa. Fusi kognitif merupakan kondisi ketika individu terlalu melekat pada isi pikirannya sehingga berdampak pada kesejahteraan psikologis. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 304 mahasiswa aktif dari berbagai universitas di Indonesia. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa CFQ versi Indonesia memiliki konsistensi internal yang sangat baik yaitu alpha lebih dari 0.80, serta struktur faktor tunggal yang sesuai dengan model teoritis berdasarkan hasil analisis faktor konfirmatori. Validitas kriteria ditunjukkan melalui hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara skor CFQ dengan kepuasan hidup dan mindfulness. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa CFQ versi Bahasa Indonesia merupakan instrumen yang valid dan reliabel serta layak digunakan dalam penelitian dan praktik psikologi di Indonesia.
This study aims to adapt and examine the validity and reliability of the Indonesian version of the Cognitive Fusion Questionnaire as a measurement tool for assessing the level of cognitive fusion among university students. Cognitive fusion refers to a condition in which individuals become overly attached to the content of their thoughts, which may negatively impact psychological well-being. The study involved 304 active university students from various institutions across Indonesia. The analysis showed that the Indonesian version of the CFQ demonstrated excellent internal consistency alpha more than 0.80, and a single factor structure consistent with the original theoretical model based on confirmatory factor analysis. Criterion validity was evidenced by significant negative correlations between CFQ scores and both life satisfaction and mindfulness. These findings indicate that the Indonesian version of the CFQ is a valid and reliable instrument suitable for use in psychological research and practice in Indonesia.
