Keterampilan berbicara anak yang sangat minim, anak hanya sedikit mau menirukan suara/kata, adanya kesalahan dalam fonologi/bunyi bahasa, dan pengucapan/pelafalan kurang jelas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuktikan ada dan tidaknya pengaruh penerapan teknik simak ulang ucap bermedia gambar terhadap keterampilan berbicara anak autis.Pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif jenis eksperimen Single Subject Research (SSR) dengan desain A-B digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Subjek penelitian seorang siswi di SLB Autis Harapan Bangsa yang terdiagnosa autis ringan. Setelah diterapkan intervensi selama 12 sesi, terdapat perubahan yang cukup signifikan terhadap keterampilan berbicara anak. Hasil observasi fase baseline (A) menunjukkan rentang stabilitas 6-7 dan arah trendnya mendatar. Pada fase intervensi (B) menunjukkan rentang 7-10 dan arah trendnya naik. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa keterampilan berbicara anak autis dapat ditingkatkan melalui penerapan teknik simak ulang ucap bermedia gambar.Kata kunci: Teknik simak ulang ucap, media gambar, keterampilan berbicara anak autis

The speaking skills of children with autism is low, a little willingness to imitate sounds/words, an error in phonology/language sounds, and an unclear pronouncation. The purpose of this research is to prove the presence or absence of the effect of implementation of “simak ulang ucap” technique with picture as media of reciting the speaking skills of children with autism..Quantitative research approach type of experimental research of Single Subject Research (SSR) with A-B design used in this research. The subject of this research is a female student in SLB Autis Harapan Bangsa who was diagnose with mild autism. After being applied for interventions for 12 meetings, there are significant changes with her speaking skills. The observation result of baseline phase (A) shows the stability range 6-7 and the trend direction is flat. While the intervention phase (B) shows a range of 7-10 and the trend direction is rises.So that it can be conclude that the speaking skills of children with autism can be improved through the implementation of “Simak ulang ucap” technique with picture as media.
