Kelelahan otot fase anaerobik terjadi karena akumulasi asam laktat sehingga akan menimbulkan nyeri dan menghambat kontraksi otot. Buah pisang raja mengandung karbohidrat dan tinggi kalium yang akan meningkatkan kadar glukosa darah, sehingga berpotensi dalam mencegah kelelahan otot. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui pengaruh pemberian buah pisang raja terhadap indeks kelelahan otot fase anaerobik anggota Resimen Mahasiswa 804 Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi-experimental dengan rancangan pre test and post test only. Subjek penelitian adalah 12 anggota Resimen Mahasiswa 804 Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Pada saat pre test mendapat air mineral 220 ml, dan post test mendapat air mineral 220 ml dan pisang raja 250 gram. Kelelahan otot fase anaerobik diukur menggunakan tes Running-based Anaerobic Sprint (RAST). Test dengan menghitung nilai indeks kelelahan (Anaerobic Fatigue). Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji Independent Sample Test. Rerata indeks kelelahan pre test (4,85), sedangkan post test (3,57) sehingga mengalami penurunan indeks kelelahan antara pre test dan post test. Terdapat pengaruh buah pisang raja dalam menurunkan indeks kelelahan otot fase anaerobik pada anggota Resimen Mahasiswa 804 Universitas Negeri Surabaya.

The anaerobic phase of muscle fatigue occurs because of the accumulation of lactic acid which causes pain and inhibits muscle contraction. “Pisang Raja” contains of high carbohydrates and potassium which will increase blood glucose levels, thus potentially preventing muscle fatigue. The aim of the study was to examines the effect of the Pisang Raja in index of muscle fatigue of the 804 Student Regiment Universitas Negeri Surabaya anaerobic phase. This study used a quasi-experimental design , which only use pre test and post test. The subjectsof this research were 12 members of the 804 Student Regiment,Universitas Negeri Surabaya. At the pre-test, 220 ml of mineral water were received, and post-test received 220 ml mineral water and 250 Pisang Raja. Anaerobic phase muscle fatigue was measured using the test Running-based Anaerobic Sprint Test (RAST). Test by calculating the value of Anaerobic Fatigue. The data were analyzed by using the Independent Sample Test. Average pre-test Anaerobic Fatigue index (4.85), while post-test (3.57) so that Anaerobic Fatigue decreased between pre-test and post-test. There is the effect of the Pisang Raja in reducing the anaerobic phase of muscle fatigue index in the 804 Student Regiment of Universitas Negeri Surabaya.
