Studi literatur ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui budaya organisasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi literatur dengan menelaah data sekunder berupa dua puluh tiga jurnal hasil penelitian terkait work motivation dan job satisfaction dari jurnal internasional bereputasi di dalam pusat data Scopus. Hasil telaah dari berbagai literatur ini dianalisis secara meta-analysis untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh work motivation terhadap job satisfaction melalui organizational culture. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui budaya organisasi dan budaya organisasi berperan penting dalam mendukung pengaruh tersebut. Keberhasilan organisasi mana pun bergantung pada sumber daya manusia. Organisasi mungkin mengalami produktivitas rendah, pengurangan staf yang tinggi, dan ketidakstabilan karena kinerja karyawan yang tidak memuaskan ketika mereka tidak puas dan tidak bahagia. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menyimpulkan dan merekomendasikan agar karyawan lebih mengenal dan lebih termotivasi dalam hal motivasi intrinsik, hal ini pada gilirannya akan meningkatkan kepuasan mereka.
This literature study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on job satisfaction through organizational culture. This research is a literature study by examining secondary data in the form of twenty three journals related to work motivation and job satisfaction from reputable international journals in Scopus database. The results of this review from various literature are analyzed using meta-analysis technique to identify the effect of work motivation on job satisfaction through organizational learning. The results showed that the work motivation system has a positive effect on job satisfaction through organizational culture and organizational culture plays an important role in supporting this influence. The success of any organization depends on human resources. Organizations may experience low productivity, high staff reductions, and instability due to unsatisfactory employee performance when they are dissatisfied and unhappy. Therefore, this study concludes and recommends that employees become more acquainted with and more motivated in terms of intrinsic motivation, this in turn will increase their satisfaction.
