Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter (PPK) Berbasis Profil Pamong Belajar Pada Kejar Paket C di SKB Gresik
Strengthening Character Education (SCE) Based on Learning Assistants Profile in Pursuing Package C at Gresik Regency Learning Activity Studio
Apabila pamong belajar memiliki kompetensi dan potensi dalam menyisipkan pendidikan karakter, secara tidak langsung membentuk kualitas karakter yang sesuai dengan tujuan Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter (PPK). Pendidikan karakter diperkuat dengan memberikan pemahaman dan penekanan peserta didik pada lima nilai utama PPK yaitu: (a) nilai karakter religius, (b) nilai karakter mandiri, (c) nilai karakter nasionalisme, (d) nilai karakter gotong royong, dan (e) nilai karakter integritas. Penelitian ini berfokus pada: (1) implementasi PPK, (2) profil pamong belajar dalam implementasi PPK.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan tahapan: (1) analisis sebelum di lapangan, (2) analisis selama dan setelah di lapangan, melalui pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data dilakukan melalui: (1) triangulasi: sumber dan waktu, (2) checking data oleh informan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) implementasi lima nilai utama PPK pada peserta didik Kejar Paket C yang paling menonjol dan mudah untuk dilakukan melalui berbagai aktivitas adalah nilai karakter religius, meskipun belum keseluruhan lima nilai dapat diimplementasikan, dan (2) keterlibatan pamong belajar berdasarkan profil pendidiknya melalui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian belum maksimal dikarenakan: (a) pamong belajar di SKB Gresik belum melakukan perencanaan pembelajaran melalui Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), (b) pamong belajar belum seluruhnya dapat mengimplementasi PPK dalam kegiatan sebelum, selama, maupun sesudah pembelajaran, dan (c) pamong belajar belum melakukan penilaian terhadap output, effect, dan impact peserta didik untuk dapat memberikan stimulus aktivitas yang sesuai dengan karakter peserta didik berdasarkan lima nilai utama PPK.

If learning assistants has the competence and potential to insert character education, it will indirectly shape the quality of character in accordance with the objectives of Strengthening Character Education. Character education is strengthened by providing understanding and emphasizing students on the five main values of PPK, namely: (a) religious character values, (b) independent character values, (c) nationalism character values, (d) mutual cooperation character values, and (e) integrity character values. This research focuses on: (1) implementation of PPK, (2) profile of learning assistants in implementing SCE.
This research used a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out in stages: (1) analysis before the field, (2) analysis during and after the field, through data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Data validity is done through: (1) triangulation: sources and time, (2) checking data by informants.
The results showed that: (1) the implementation of the five main values of SCE in Package C Study Group students that are most prominent and easy to do through various activities is the value of religious character, although not all five values can be implemented, and (2) the involvement of learning assistants based on their educator profile through planning, implementation, and assessment has not been maximized because: (a) learning assistants at Gresik regency learning activity studio have not yet carried out learning planning through the Learning Implementation Plan, (b) learning assistants have not been able to fully implement SCE in activities before, during, and after learning, and (c) learning assistants have not yet assessed the output, effect, and impact of students to be able to provide activity stimuli that are in accordance with the character of students based on the five main values of SCE.
