Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran Animasi Motion graphic yang layak dan efektif pada materi bentuk-bentuk kerjasama ASEAN. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan R&D dari Borg and Gall (Sugiyono, 2018). Model pengembangan R&D memiliki 10 tahapan (1) penelitian dan pengumpulan data (2) perencanaan (3) pengembangan draft produk awal (4) uji coba lapangan (5) revisi hasil uji coba (6) uji coba lapangan utama (7) revisi produk (8) uji coba lapangan skala luas (9) revisi produk final (10) produksi masal. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen wawancara terstruktur,angket dan tes tulis kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan skala likert untuk mengukur persentase instrumen wawancara dan angket sedangkan tes tulis dianalisis menggunakan uji homogenitas, uji normalitas dan uji t. Animasi motion graphic ini di uji menggunakan bentuk pretest-postest Control Group Design. Hasil analisis validasi ahli materi I dan II mendapat persentase sebesar 83,3% dan 85,4% dan ahli media I, II, III mendapat persentase sebesar 100%, 89,6% dan 85,4%, uji perorangan mendapat persentase sebesar 86,7%, uji kelompok kecil mendapat persentase sebesar 82,9%, dan uji kelompok besar mendapat persentase sebesar 86,9%. Dari hasil analisa data yang diperoleh, media animasi motion graphic materi bentuk-bentuk kerjasama ASEAN kelas VIII SMPN 24 Surabaya dapat dikatakan layak untuk digunakan. Hasil uji t setelah melakukan pre-test dan post-test memperoleh thitung sebesar 3,04 kemudian dibandingkan dengan ttabel taraf signifikan 5% dan db 80-1, sehingga diperoleh ttabel 1,99045. Maka penggunaan media animasi motion graphic dapat dikatakan sudah efektif.

The purpose of this research is to develop a suitable and effective motion graphic animation learning media on material forms of ASEAN cooperation. This study uses the development model of the R&D development model of Borg and Gall (Sugiyono, 2018). The R&D method has 10 stages (1) research and data collection (2) planning (3) development of initial product designs (4) field trials (5) revision of trial results (6) main field trials (7) scale field trials broad (9) final product revision (10) mass production. Data collection techniques using structured interview instruments, questionnaires and written tests then the data were analyzed using a Likert scale to measure the percentage of interview instruments and questionnaires while the written tests were analyzed using a homogeneity test, normality test and t test. The trial of this motion graphic animation uses the form of pretest-posttest control group design. The results of the validation analysis of material experts I and II obtained a percentage of 83,3% and 85,4% and media experts I,II,III obtained a percentage of 100%, 89,6%, and 85,4%, individual trials obtained a percentage of 86,7%, small group trials obtained a percentage of 82,9%, and large group trials obtained a percentage of 86,9%. The results of the analysis of the data obtained can be said that the motion graphic animation material forms of cooperation in ASEAN 8th class of SMPN 24 Surabaya is very feasible to be used as a learning medium. While the results of the ttest by pretest and posttest obtained tcount of 3,04 which is then compared to ttable with a significant level of 5% and db 80-1, so that ttable obtained 1,99045. So, motion graphic animation can be said effective to use.
