Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pendampingan implementasi model Project based Learning melalui Komunitas Belajar bagi Pendidik PAUD di Kecamatan Bruno yang meliputi: (1) proses pendampingan yang dilakukan oleh fasilitator kepada pendidik meliputi identifikasi masalah hingga tahap evaluasi, (2) faktor penghambat dan pendukung pada saat proses pendampingan, (3) hasil implementasi pendidik kepada peserta didik.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hal ini ditinjau dari perolehan data yang ditempuh menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sumber data informan terdiri daru fasilitator usia 30 tahun, pihak pendukung usia 33 tahun, serta peserta pendampingan usia 20-50 tahun. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan fasilitator (F), peserta pendampingan (P) dan pihak sekolah (PS). Berkenaan dengan analisis data, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data yang dilakukan dengan tiga tahap. Pertama, analisis data sebelum di lapangan yang ditempuh dengan melakukan studi pendahuluan. Studi pendahuluan tersebut dilakukan guna menentukan fokus penelitian. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti sebelumnya memilih fokus penelitian berkaitan dengan pendampingan implementasi model Project based Learning (PjBL) melalui komunitas belajar bagi pendidik PAUD. Peneliti telah melakukan studi pendahuluan terkait model PjBL dan Kurikulum Merdeka. Berdasarkan poin-poin hasil temuan studi pendahuluan tersebut, maka ditentukan fokus penelitian berkaitan dengan pendampingan pendampingan implementasi model PjBL (Project based Learning) melalui komunitas belajar bagi pendidik PAUD di Kecamatan Bruno, Purworejo, Jawa Tengah
Sejalan dengan data penelitian ini, hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proses pendampingan mengenai implementasi Project based Learning memiliki dua kategori faktor yaitu faktor internal dan eksternal, kemudian faktor tersebut dibagi menjadi dua kategori yaitu faktor penghambat dan pendukung. Berdasarkan proses pendampingan yang telah diikuti oleh pendidik PAUD maka menyimpulkan hasil implementasi model PjBL yang telah diselenggarakan oleh Komunitas Belajar Bruno.

This study aims to examine the assistance of the implementation of the Project based Learning model through the Learning Community for PAUD Educators in Bruno District which includes: (1) the mentoring process carried out by the facilitator to educators covering problem identification up to the evaluation stage, (2) inhibiting and supporting factors during the mentoring process, (3) results of teacher implementation to students.
This study uses a qualitative approach. This is seen from the acquisition of data taken using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Sources of informant data consisted of facilitators aged 30 years, supporters aged 33 years, and mentoring participants aged 20-50 years. The research subjects used were the facilitator (F), mentoring participants (P) and the school (PS). With regard to data analysis, this study uses data analysis techniques which are carried out in three stages. First, data analysis before going to the field which was taken by conducting a preliminary study. The preliminary study was conducted to determine the focus of the research. In this study, previous researchers chose a research focus related to assisting the implementation of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model through learning communities for PAUD educators. Researchers have conducted a preliminary study related to the PjBL model and the Independent Curriculum. Based on the points from the findings of the preliminary study, a research focus was determined related to mentoring the implementation of the PjBL (Project based Learning) model through the learning community for PAUD educators in Bruno District, Purworejo, Central Java
In line with this research data, the research results show that the mentoring process regarding the implementation of Project based Learning has two categories of factors, namely internal and external factors, then these factors are divided into two categories, namely inhibiting and supporting factors. Based on the mentoring process that has been followed by PAUD educators, it concludes the results of the implementation of the PjBL model that has been organized by the Bruno Learning Community.
