Prostitusi merupakan salah satu bentuk dari fenomena sosial pada masyarakat. Pada Indonesia, khususnya Jawa Timur masih terdapat prostitusi dalam skala terbesar se-Asia Tenggara

yang pernah ada. Tepatnya berada pada daerah yang biasa disebut dengan Gang Dolly, Kota Surabaya. Hingga pada masa kepemimpinan Tri Rismaharini sebagai Walikota Kota Surabaya,

pemukiman Gang Dolly beserta pelaku prostitusi berhasil dibubarkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk memahami, menganalisis, dan mendeskripsikan megenai bagaimana perilaku pemilih oleh mantan warga Gang Dolly yang pernah dibubarkan mata pencahariannya oleh Walikota Kota Surabaya saat itu,

dengan tetap berjalannya PEMILU 2019 (DPRD Kota Surabaya Dapil 4). Studi kasus penelitian ini adalah perilaku pemilih warga eks-lokalisasi Gang Dolly. Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana

perilaku pemilih oleh warga eks-lokalisasi Gang Dolly pada PEMILU 2019 (DPRD Kota Surabaya Dapil 4) Penelitian ini mempunyai rumusan masalah sebagai berikut: 1). Bagaimana awal berdirinya Gang Dolly hingga dibubarkan oleh Walikota Kota Surabaya?. 2). Bagaimana perilaku pemilih warga eks- lokalisasi Gang Dolly pada PEMILU 2019 (DPRD Kota Surabaya Dapil 4). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan kajian analisis krisis fakta-fakta sejarah seperti heuristik, kritik, interpretasi dan historiografi. Hasil dari penelitian tersebut menyebutkan bahwa hasil rekapitulasi suara DPRD Dapil 4 menurut situs resmi KPU terdapat 32.206 jiwa dan warga asli eks-lokalisasi Gang Dolly yang menggunakan hak suara pada PEMILU 2019 (DPRD Kota Surabaya Dapil 4). Dimana, suarah sah sebanyak 16.731 jiwa dan 16.077 jiwa tidak menggunakan suara pada PEMILU 2019 (DPRD Kota Surabaya Dapil 4).

Prostitution is a form of social phenomenon in society. InIndonesia, especially East Java, there is still prostitution on the largest scale in Southeast Asia that has ever existed. Precisely located in an area commonly called Gang Dolly, Surabaya City. Until the leadership of Tri Rismaharini as Mayor of Surabaya City, the settlement of Gang Dolly and the perpetrators of prostitution was successfully disbanded. The purpose of thisstudy is to understand, analyze, and describe how the voting behavior of former residents of Gang Dolly whose livelihood was dissolved by the Mayor of Surabaya City at that time, while the2019 Elections (DPRD Surabaya City Dapil 4) continued. The case study of this research is the voting behavior of ex-localization residents of Gang Dolly. This study examines how the votingbehavior of ex-localized residents of Gang Dolly in the 2019 General Elections (DPRD Surabaya City Dapil 4). This research has a problem formulation as follows: 1). How did the Dolly Gang start to be dissolved by the Mayor of Surabaya? 2). How was the behavior of voters from the ex-localization of Gang Dollyin the 2019 general election (DPRD Surabaya Dapil 4). This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a crisis analysis study of historical facts such as heuristics, criticism, interpretation and historiography. The results of the study stated that the results of the vote recapitulation of the DPRD for the Regional Elections 4 according to the KPU's official website, there were 32,206 people and the original residents of Gang Dolly's ex-localization who used their voting rights in the 2019 Elections (DPRD City of Surabaya Dapil 4). Where, there were 16,731 valid votes and 16,077 people who did not vote in the 2019 General Elections (DPRD Surabaya City Region 4).
