SMK diharapkan mampu menghasilkan lulusan yang bermutu dan berdaya saing. Terlaksananya model manajememen mutu lulusan yang baik merupakan faktor penentu terwujudnya keterserapan lulusan di dunia usaha dan dunia industri (DU/DI) yang menjadi salah satu tolok ukur keberhasilan SMK sebagai lembaga pendidikan yang bermutu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis: 1) Perencanaan manajemen mutu lulusan bermodel excellent services for you in the job success di SMKN Purwosari Bojonegoro dalam upaya memelihara mutu lulusan; 2) Implementasi manajemen mutu lulusan di SMKN Purwosari Bojonegoro dengan program kerja Bursa Kerja Khusus dalam upaya keterserapan lulusan di dunia kerja dan dunia industri; 3) Monitoring manajemen mutu lulusan di SMKN Purwosari Bojonegoro 4) Tindak lanjut sebagai upaya pencapaian mutu lulusan di SMKN Purwosari Bojonegoro.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam menggunakan lembar wawancara tak terstruktur, dan dokumentasi. Kegiatan analisis data mencakup kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan manajemen mutu lulusan bermodel excellent services for you in the job success di SMKN Purwosari Bojonegoro dalam upaya memelihara mutu lulusan telah terlaksana melalui dimensi perencanaan manual mutu, perencanaan kerja sama dengan mitra dunia usaha dunia industri dan perencanaan program kerja BKK (bursa kerja khusus); 2) Implementasi manajemen mutu lulusan di SMKN Purwosari Bojonegoro dengan Program kerja Bursa Kerja Khusus dalam upaya keterserapan lulusan di (DU/DI) telah terlaksana dengan dimensi program bimbingan dan penyuluhan calon lulusan dalam persiapan ke dunia kerja, menjalin kerja sama dengan DU/DI sebagai pengguna kerja, keterserapan lulusan di DU/DI; 3) Monitoring manajemen mutu lulusan telah dilakukan dengan monitoring oleh kepala sekolah, audit mutu internal, dan audit mutu eksternal; dan 4) Tindak lanjut sebagai upaya pencapaian mutu lulusan telah dilakukan dengan dimensi memperbaiki rapor mutu khususnya di bidang manajemen mutu lulusan, program kerja bursa kerja khusus mengarah ke linearitas kompetensi lulusan di dunia kerja dan mengadakan program beasiswa atau ikatan dinas dengan mitra kerja. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan agar memperluas kajian pada jenjang sekolah lain tentang penerapan model manajemen mutu lulusan sebagai upaya peningkatan mutu sekolah.

Vocational High Schools are expected to be able to produce quality and competitive graduates. The implementation of a good graduate quality management model is a determining factor for the realization of the absorption of graduates in the business and industrial world (DU/DI) which is one of the benchmarks for the success of SMK as a quality educational institution. This study aims to describe and analyze: 1) Quality management planning for graduates with the model of excellent services for you in the job success at SMKN Purwosari Bojonegoro in an effort to maintain the quality of graduates; 2) Implementation of graduate quality management at SMKN Purwosari Bojonegoro with the special job fair program in an effort to absorb graduates in the world of work and industry; 3) Monitoring the quality management of graduates at SMKN Purwosari Bojonegoro 4) Follow up as an effort to achieve the quality of graduates at SMKN Purwosari Bojonegoro.
This study used a qualitative approach with case study design. Data collection techniques through participant observation, in depth interviews using unstructured interview sheets, and documentation. Data analysis activities include data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.
The results of this study indicate that: 1) Quality management planning for graduates with the model of excellent services for you in the job success at SMKN Purwosari Bojonegoro in an effort to maintain the quality of graduates has been carried out through the dimensions of quality manual planning, planning for cooperation with business partners in the industrial world and program planning special job fair; 2) Implementation of graduate quality management at SMKN Purwosari Bojonegoro with the special job fair program in an effort to absorb graduates has been carried out with the dimensions of the guidance and counseling program for prospective graduates in preparation for the world of work, cooperating as work users, absorption of graduates; 3) Monitoring of graduate quality management has been carried out by monitoring by school principals, internal quality audits, and external quality audits; and 4) Follow up efforts to achieve the quality of graduates have been carried out with the dimensions of improving quality report cards, especially in the field of graduate quality management, special job fair work programs leading to linearity of graduates' competencies in the world of work and holding scholarship programs or official ties with work partners. Further research is expected to expand studies at other school levels regarding the application of the graduate quality management model as an effort to improve school quality.
