Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan dan mendeskripsikan validitas, kepraktisan, serta keefektifan lembar kegiatan peserta didik (LKPD) berbasis guided discovery untuk melatihkan keterampilan proses sains terintegrasi pada materi fotosintesis kelas XII SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan 4D (define, design, develop, dan disseminate). LKPD diujicobakan pada 25 peserta didik kelas XII SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Surabaya. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode validasi, metode observasi keterlaksanaan, metode tes, dan metode angket. Analisis data berupa deskriptif kualitatif, dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKPD yang dikembangkan dinyatakan sangat valid dengan skor rata-rata 3,87. LKPD dinyatakan praktis ditinjau dari keterlaksanaan LKPD dengan persentase mencapai 82,27%. LKPD dinyatakan sangat efektif ditinjau dari hasil ketercapaian keterampilan proses sains terintegrasi dengan persentase mencapai 92% dan respon peserta didik dengan persentase 96,8%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKPD berbasis guided discovery pada materi fotosintesis telah memenuhi aspek validitas, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan sehingga layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran.

This research aims was to produce and describe the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of student workscheet based guided discovery to train integrated science skills on photosynthesis topic for student of twelfth grade senior high school. This research uses Four D model development method (define, design, develop, and disseminate). Student worksheet was tested on 25 students of twelfth grade Muhammadiyah 4 Senior High School Surabaya. The method of data collection uses validity method, implementation observation method, test method, and questionnaire method. Data analysis in the form of descriptive qualitative, amd quantitative. The results revealed that student worksheet is valid with average score 3,87. Student worksheet is practical based on the implementation of the worksheet with percentage 82,27%. Student worksheet is effective based on the achievement of integrated science process skills with percentage 92% and student response with percentage 96,8%. Based on the results of the study, it can be conclude that the student worksheet based guided discovery on photosynthesis topic have fulfilled the aspects of validity, practicality, and effectiveness that it suitable for use in the learning process.
