NILAI HUMANITAS TOKOH UTAMA DALAM NOVEL ANAK RANTAU KARYA AHMAD FUADI

THE HUMANITY VALUE OF THE MAIN CHARACTER IN THE NOVEL ANAK RANTAU BY AHMAD FUADI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai humanitas tokoh utama dalam novel Anak Rantau karya Ahmad Fuadi. Terdapat tiga aspek nilai humanitas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu (1) nilai humanitas tokoh utama dalam hubungannya dengan Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, (2) nilai humanitas tokoh utama dalam hubungannya dengan diri sendiri, (3) nilai humanitas tokoh utama dalam hubungannya dengan sesama manusia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik penelitian studi pustaka. Data yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini berupa informasi mengenai nilai humanitas melalui kata, frasa, maupun kalimat yang terdapat dalam novel. Data diperoleh melalui tiga tahap yaitu (1) menandai kalimat berdasarkan kode T, DS, dan SM, (2) mencatat data yang berhubungan dengan fokus penelitian, (3) memilih data yang akan dimasukkan pada tabel klasifikasi. Berdasarkan pendekatan dan teknik analisis data tersebut, diperoleh hasil penelitian sebagai berikut. Pertama, nilai humanitas terhadap Tuhan digambarkan melalui ketaqwaaan, keimanan, dan kewajiban tokoh utama sebagai seorang muslim terhadap Tuhannya. Kedua, nilai humanitas terhadap diri sendiri ditunjukkan tokoh melalui cara tokoh untuk memperoleh ketenangan dan kepuasan untuk dirinya sendiri. Ketiga, nilai humanitas terhadap sesama manusia dideskripsikan melalui sikap peduli, tolong menolong, rela berkorban, solidaritas, dan kerjasama.

This study aims to describe the human value of the main character in the novel Anak Rantau by Ahmad Fuadi. There are three aspects of the value of humanity used in this study, namely (1) the value of the main character's humanity in relation to God Almighty, (2) the value of the main character's humanity in relation to oneself, (3) the value of the main character's humanity in relation to others. man. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with literature study research techniques. The data obtained from this study is in the form of information about the value of humanity through words, phrases, and sentences contained in the novel. The data was obtained in three stages, namely (1) marking sentences based on the T, DS, and SM codes, (2) recording data related to the research focus, (3) selecting data to be included in the classification table. Based on the approaches and techniques of data analysis, the following research results were obtained. First, the value of humanity towards God is depicted through piety, faith, and the main character's obligation as a Muslim to his God. Second, the value of humanity towards oneself is shown by the character through the way the character gains calm and satisfaction for himself. Third, the value of humanity towards fellow human beings is described through an attitude of caring, helping, willing to sacrifice, solidarity, and cooperation.
