The research aims to describe and analyze the implementation
of implemented health education and training management that has been organized
by the Mojokerto Health Office in 2021. Education and training management is
viewed from 4 research focuses, namely designing health education and training,
forming a health training committee team, training health training participants
and following up on health training outcomes to find a suitable and current
recommended model.
Research using qualitative design. The place and location
are the health education and training organizers in Mojokerto Regency. The
research findings were obtained from the results of in-depth interviews, direct
observation and results of documentation in the field. Sources of research
informants were those who were directly involved in the committee and
participants in the health education training which was held in September 2023.
The research findings were analyzed through single data analysis by conducting
coding, displaying data and drawing conclusions on each research focus.
Reducing the research data, sorting the finding data and compiling the findings
was carried out according to a qualitative design procedure. Credibility,
transferability, dependability and confirmability as the degree of research
data validation were carried out.
The
results of the final research have shown that (1) designing health education
and training through the design of learning strategies in class, the design of
the modules used and the design of accommodation facilities for health
education and training. (2) form health education and training effectively and
efficiently by appointing and assigning committees according to competence;
proficient, skilled and able to collaborate and program consistency, (3)
training training participants is carried out through quality and quality
learning, hands-on practice, provision of adequate infrastructure, painstaking
trainers and a clear information system from the committee team, (4) follow-up
of results is carried out through evaluation process and evaluation of the results
of the implementation of health education and training. The findings of the
research show that the competence of health workers in a professional manner
increases for the efforts of competent and highly efficient human resources.
