Hubungan antara Quality of Work Life dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada Guru Tetap Yayasan
The Relationship between Quality of Work Life and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Permanent Foundation Teachers
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara quality of work life dengan organizational citizenship behavior pada guru tetap yayasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sampling jenuh. Subjek pada penelitian ini yaitu guru tetap yang berjumlah 50 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada institusi pendidikan di bawah naungan yayasan X. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen berupa skala psikologis variabel quality of work life dan skala variabel organizational citizenship behavior. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu korelasi pearson product moment. Hasil analisis data yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan taraf signifikansi 0,000 (p<0,05), dapat diartikan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara quality of work life dengan organizational citizenship behavior. Nilai koefisien korelasi yang didapatkan sebesar 0,758 (r=0,758). Artinya terdapat hubungan positif atau searah dan antar variabel memiliki korelasi yang kuat. Hal ini menunjukkan semakin tinggi quality of work life maka semakin tinggi pula organizational citizenship behavior pada guru.
This study aims to determine the relationship between quality of work life and organizational citizenship behavior in permanent foundation teachers. This research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling. The subjects in this study were permanent teachers totaling 50 people. This research was conducted at educational institutions under the auspices of the X foundation. This study used instruments in the form of psychological scales of quality of work life variables and organizational citizenship behavior variable scales. The data analysis technique used is Pearson product moment correlation. The results of data analysis that have been carried out show a significance level of 0.000 (p <0.05), which means that there is a significant relationship between quality of work life and organizational citizenship behavior. The correlation coefficient value obtained is 0.758 (r = 0.758). This means that there is a positive or unidirectional relationship and between variables has a strong correlation. This shows that the higher the quality of work life, the higher the organizational citizenship behavior in teachers.
