MANAJEMEN PROGRAM GELAR KARYA P5 KEWIRAUSAHAAN DAN BUSINESS DAY UNTUK MENDORONG KOMPETENSI KEWIRAUSAHAAN SISWA DI SMA IPIEMS SURABAYA
MANAGEMENT OF THE P5 ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROJECT SHOWCASE AND BUSINESS DAY PROGRAM TO ENHANCE STUDENTS ENTREPRENEURIAL COMPETENCE AT SMA IPIEMS SURABAYA
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi program Gelar Karya P5 Kewirausahaan dan Business Day untuk mendorong kompetensi kewirausahaan siswa. Penelitian ini menggunkan pendektan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data dijamin melalui triangulasi teknik dan sumber, ketekunan pengamatan, serta member check. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan 1) perencanaan program dimulai sejak Oktober 2024. Guru lintas mata pelajaran melakukan rapat koordinasi untuk menyusun jadwal kegiatan, merancang modul ajar, serta mengidentifikasi kebutuhan sumber daya, seperti UMKM dan pakar gizi. Guru juga ditunjuk sebagai koordinator kelas untuk mempermudah pelaksanaan. 2) Pelaksanaan melibatkan siswa dalam kelompok dengan peran CEO, finance manager, dan chef. Siswa mengikuti serangkaian kegiatan mulai dari analisis SWOT, membuat produk inovatif berbahan dasar kedelai, hingga mengikuti bazar sebagai puncak acara. Guru berperan sebagai fasilitator dan pendamping. 3) Evaluasi Gelar Karya P5 terintegrasi dengan PSAJ (Penilaian Semester Akhir Jenjang) melibatkan 14 mata pelajaran. Ketercapaian siswa dinilai dari aspek proses dan hasil produk. Selama program berlangsung, evaluasi dilakukan secara berkala lewat jurnal, refleksi harian, dan rapat rutin. Program dinilai berhasil karena acara berjalan lancar, siswa menghasilkan produk inovatif dan produk siswa dapat terjual, meskipun terkendala jadwal bentrok dan keterbatasan tempat. Untuk perbaikan sekolah berencana mempertimbangkan pemilihan lokasi, memperbaiki komunikasi dan koordinasi antar guru, meningkatkan pendampingan, dan mendukung keberlanjutan legalisasi produk siswa melalui pendampingan mengurus PIRT dan BPOM.

This research aims to describe the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the P5 Entrepreneurship Exhibition and Business Day program to encourage students' entrepreneurial competencies. This research uses a qualitative approach, data is collected through interviews, observations and document studies. The research data were analyzed through data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data is ensured through triangulation of techniques and sources, persistent observation, and member checking. The results of this study indicate that 1) program planning will begin in October 2024. Cross-subject teachers held a coordination meeting to schedule activities, design teaching modules, and identify resource needs, such as SMEs and nutrition experts. Teachers are also appointed as class coordinators to facilitate the implementation. 2) The implementation involves students in groups with roles as CEO, finance manager, and chef. Students participate in a series of activities ranging from SWOT analysis, creating innovative soy-based products, to participating in a bazaar as the culmination of the event. Teachers act as facilitators and mentors. 3) The evaluation of the P5 project is integrated with the PSAJ (Final Semester Assessment) and involves 14 subjects. Student achievement is assessed based on the process and product outcomes. During the program, evaluations were conducted periodically through journals, daily reflections, and regular meetings. The program is considered successful because the events ran smoothly, students produced innovative products, and the students' products were sellable, despite being hindered by schedule conflicts and limited space. For improvement, the school plans to consider location selection, improve communication and coordination among teachers, enhance mentoring, and support the sustainability of student product legalization through assistance in managing PIRT and BPOM.
