PENGELOLAAN KELAS DI SEKOLAH DASAR INKLUSI KABUPATEN BOJONEGORO
CLASS MANAGEMENT IN INCLUSION ELEMENTARY SCHOOL BOJONEGORO DISTRICT
ABSTRAK
Pentingnya penelitian ini adalah pengelolaan kelas pada peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus di sekolah inklusi, karena dalam penanganan pengelolaan kelas peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus di sekolah inklusi terdapat perbedaan antara peserta didik reguler dan peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus dalam proses pembelajaran yang harus lebih disederhanakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengelolaan kelas pada peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus, serta aspek sistem dukungan dalam pengelolaan kelas inklusi di SD Muhammadiyah 3 ICP dan SD Islam Terpadu Bojonegoro.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif self-report. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengelolaan kelas di sekolah inklusi SD Muhammadiyah 3 ICP dan SD Islam Terpadu aspek pengelolaan peserta didik dalam hal interaksi dengan peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus, seluruh guru sudah mampu berinteraksi dalam berbicara, mendengarkan, dan non verbal, sedangkan secara tertulis tidak diterapkan. Sedangkan dalam hal pengaturan kondisi fisik kelas sudah memadai, meskipun dalam hal sarana prasarana masih banyak yang perlu ditingkatkan khususnya media untuk peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus, belum tersedianya ruang sumber, serta belum tersedianya ruang berstimulus tinggi dan rendah.

ABSTRACT
This research is motivated by classroom management for students with special needs in inclusive schools, because in handling class management for students with special needs in inclusive schools there are differences between regular students and students with special needs in the learning process which must be simplified. This study aims to describe classroom management for students with special needs, as well as aspects of the support system in managing inclusive classes at SD Muhammadiyah 3 ICP and SD Islam Terpadu Bojonegoro.
This research uses qualitative research methods with self-report qualitative descriptive research methods. The results showed that classroom management in inclusive schools at SD Muhammadiyah 3 ICP and SD Islam Terpadu had aspects of student management in terms of interaction with students with special needs, all teachers were able to interact in speaking, listening, and non-verbally, while writing was not applied. Meanwhile, in terms of setting the physical condition of the class, it is adequate, although in terms of infrastructure there are still many things that need to be improved, especially media for students with special needs, the unavailability of resource rooms, and the unavailability of high and low stimulus spaces.
