                Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji adanya pengaruh metode demonstrasi terhadap kemampuan menggambar bentuk pada anak kelompok B TK Pertiwi II Putren Nganjuk, yang dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan menggambar bentuk pada anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan jenis one group pre test and post test design. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi dengan populasi penelitian adalah anak kelompok B TK Pertiwi II Putren Nganjuk yang berjumlah 14 anak. Penelitian dilaksanakan sebanyak 6 kali pertemuan dengan pre test 1 kali, treatment 6 kali, dan post test 1 kali. Kegiatan treatment dilakukan melalui kegiatan menggambar bentuk dengan metode demonstrasi dimana guru memperagakan langkah menggambar bentuk dari bentuk dasar secara urut dan perlahan sehingga anak mampu mengikuti. Disamping memperagakan langkah menggambar, guru juga harus menggunakan bahasa yang jelas dan mudah dipahami oleh anak. Guru juga memastikan bahwa anak mampu mengikuti setiap langkah menggambar yang dilakukan guru dengan meminta seluruh anak untuk mengangkat lembar kerjanya masing-masing. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi dan dokumentasi.

Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon melalui program komputer IBM SPSS 26. Hasil analisis penelitian menggunakan sangat signifikan yaitu diketahui Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,001 dimana nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari nilai 0,05, (0,001 < 0,05). Sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh metode demonstrasi terhadap kemampuan menggambar bentuk pada anak kelompok B TK Pertiwi II Putren Nganjuk.

                The purpose of this research is to assess whether effect of the demonstration method to the drawing shape skill of the children of group B at  TK Pertiwi II Putren Nganjuk exist or not. Research inspired by less optimum of children's drawing shape skill. This experiment research with quantitative approach is using one group pre test and post test design. Population of the research is children of group B with the amount of 14 children. This research is conducted in 6 face to face sessions consisting 1 pre test, 4 treatment, 1 post test. Treatment activities are carried out through drawing activities using the demonstration method where the teacher demonstrates the steps to draw shapes from the basic shapes sequentially and slowly so that children are able to follow them. Besides demonstrating drawing steps, the teacher must also use language that is clear and easy for children to understand. The teacher also ensures that the children are able to follow every drawing step by the teacher by asking all the children to lift their worksheets. Data is collected by using observation and documentation techniques.

The data obtained from the research were then analyzed using the Wilcoxon test through the IBM SPSS 26 computer program.The results of the research analysis using the Wilcoxon test are significant, it is known that Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) is 0.001 which means the value is smaller than the value of 0.05 (0.001 <0.05). So that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the data, it can be concluded that there is an effect of the demonstration method to the drawing shape skill of the children of group B at TK Pertiwi II Putren Nganjuk.
