Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh adanya perilaku agresif yang dilakukan siswa SMA, baik itu berupa perilaku agresif fisik, verbal, kemarahan, maupun kemusuhan. Moral disengagement dan kelekatan orang tua merupakan faktor yang diduga dapat mempengaruhi perilaku agresif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara moral disengagement dengan perilaku agresif, kelekatan orang tua dengan perilaku agresif serta moral disengagement dan kelekatan orang tua dengan perilaku agresif. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah para peserta didik pada tingkat SMA di Kabupaten Mojokerto dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 96 siswa melalui teknik area sampling. Data diambil melalui pemberian instrumen kuesioner pada siswa. Adapun alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diadaptasi dari skala moral disengagement milik Hymel (2005), Inventory Of Parent and Peer Attachment (IPPA) milik Armsden & Greenberg (1989) dan Aggression Questionare milik Buss & Perry (1992). Data hasil penelitian yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi product moment.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, ditemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara moral disengagement dengan perilaku agresif (p = 0,000 ; r = 0,703) yang mengartikan bahwa memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat. Selanjutnya terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara kelekatan orang tua dengan perilaku agresif (p = 0,005; r = -0,282.) yang mengartikan bahwa memiliki tingkat hubungan yang lemah. Kemudian terdapat hubungan secara bersama-sama yang signifikan antara moral disengagement dan kelekatan orang tua dengan perilaku agresif siswa (p = 0,000; r = 0,709) yang mengartikan bahwa memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat. Saran pada penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat bagai berbagai pihak, baik itu pihak sekolah, guru bimbingan konseling dan orang tua. Kemudian saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya yang tertarik dalam mengkaji perilaku agresif, dapat meneliti variabel lain yang berpotensi mempengaruhi perilaku tersebut. Seperti halnya mengkaji hubungan perilaku agresif dengan kontrol diri, empati serta faktor-faktor psikologis lainnya yang dapat berperan dalam perilaku agresif.

The background of this research is due to aggressive behavior by high school students, whether it is physical, verbal, anger, or hostility. Moral disengagement and parental attachment are factors that are thought to influence aggressive behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between moral disengagement and aggressive behavior, parental attachment to aggressive behavior and moral disengagement and parental attachment to aggressive behavior. This type of research is a quantitative research with a correlational design. The subjects of this study were students at the high school level in Mojokerto Regency by taking a sample of 96 students through area sampling techniques. The data was collected through the administration of a questionnaire instrument to students. The measuring instruments used in this study were adapted from Hymel's (2005) moral disengagement scale, Armsden & Greenberg's Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment (IPPA) (1987) and Buss & Perry's (1992) Aggression Questionnaire. The research data obtained were then analyzed using the product moment correlation test.
Based on the results of the research that has been done, it was found that there was a significant positive relationship between moral disengagement and aggressive behavior (p = 0.000; r = 0.703) which means that there is a strong level of relationship. Furthermore, there is a significant negative relationship between parental attachment and aggressive behavior (p = 0.005; r = -0.282.) which means that it has a weak level of relationship. Then there is a jointly significant relationship between moral disengagement and parental attachment to students' aggressive behavior (p = 0.000; r = 0.709) which means that it has a strong level of relationship. The research suggestions are expected to provide benefits to various parties, including schools, guidance and counseling teachers, and parents. Furthermore, for future research interested in investigating aggressive behavior, it is recommended to explore other variables that may potentially influence such behavior. For example, examining the relationship between aggressive behavior and self-control, empathy, as well as other psychological factors that could play a role in aggressive behavior.
