Riset ini memiliki tujuan yaitu mengembangkan media pembelajaran aplikasi arsip elektronik berbasis microsoft access dan mengetahui efektifvitasnya terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI MP di SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya. Riset pengembangan ini menggunakan ADDIE model development method (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) dengan pendekatan eksperimen. Hasil dari riset ini diketahui rata-rata hasil validasi ahli terhadap media pembelajaran sebesar 94% dengan kategori sangat layak. Hasil respon siswa diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 89% dengan kategori sangat kuat. Hasil dari uji N-Gain Score sebesar 59% dengan kategori cukup efektif dan hasil dari uji Independent Sample t-test dengan hasil thitung (2,936) > ttabel (1,671). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan media pembelajaran aplikasi arsip elektronik berbasis microsoft access efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

This research aims to develop learning media for electronic archives applications based on microsoft access and know its effectiveness on the learning outcomes of students in class XI MP at SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya. This development research uses an experimental approach to use the ADDIE model development method (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate). The results of this research are known to average the results of expert validation of learning media by 94% with a very feasible category. The results of student responses obtained an average of 89% with an extreme category. The results of the N-Gain Score test was 59% with a fairly effective category and the results of the Independent Sample t-test with the results of tresult (2.936) > ttable (1.671). So, it can be concluded that the learning media for electronic archive applications based on microsoft access is effectively used to improve student learning outcomes.
