ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh (1) keterlibatan orangtua terhadap perilaku disiplin siswa di SMKN 6 Surabaya dan pengaruh (2) dukungan teman sebaya terhadap perilaku disiplin Siswa di SMKN 6 Surabaya, dan juga bagaimana keduanya secara bersama -sama mempengaruhi perilaku disiplin siswa di SMKN 6 Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel para siswa SMKN 6 Surabaya jurusan tata boga yang dipilih dengan Teknik Propotional Stratified Random Sampling, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 150 siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi liniear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai T-hitung keterlibatan orangtua (X1) sebesar 2.894 yang mana nilainya lebih besa r dari T-tabel dan signifikansi 0,004 yang berarti keterlibatan orang tua berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku disiplin siswa di sekolah (Y); dan nilai T-hitung dukungan teman sebaya (X2) sebesar 3.179 yang mana nilainya lebih besar dari T-tabel dan signifikansi 0,002 yang berarti keterlibatan orang tua berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku disiplin siswa di sekolah (Y) , dan dengan uji secara simultan, nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 maka keterlibatan orangtua dan dukungan teman sebaya secara bersamaan memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perilaku disiplin siswa di sekolah. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa sumbangan relatif (X1) keterlibatan orangtua terhadap (Y) perilaku disiplin siswa di sekolah dalam penelitian ini adalah sebesar 46,91%. Sementara sumbangan relatif (X2) dukungan teman sebaya terhadap (Y) perilaku disiplin siswa di sekolah dalam penelitian ini adalah sebesar 53,03%.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of (1) parents involvement in student discipline behavior at SMKN 6 Surabaya and the effect of (2) peers support in student discipline behavior at SMKN 6 Surabaya. It also explains about how both of them (point 1 and 2) jointly influenced the students discipline behavior at SMKN 6 Surabaya. The research method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were students of SMKN 6 Surabaya majoring in Food and Baverage program who are choosen with the Propotional Stratified Random Sampling Technique, so a sample of 150 students was obtained using a questionnaire. A multiple linear regression was used for analyzing the data. The results showed that T-count value of parental involvement was 2.894 which value was greater than T-table and the significance was 0,004 which meant that parental involvement had a positive and significant effect on student discipline behavior at school; and the value of T-count of peer support is 3.179 which is greater than the T-table and significance was 0,002 which means that the parental involvement had a positive and significant effect on student discipline behavior at school. And with simultaneous test, a significance value is 0,000 then the involvement of parents and peer support simultaneously provides a significant influence on student discipline behavior at school. The results also showed that the relative contribution (X1) of parental involvement in (Y) discipline behavior of students at school in this study amounted to 46,91%. While the relative contribution (X2) of peer support to (Y) discipline behavior of students at school in this study amounted 53,03%.
