Analisis Penerapan Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Online Kependudukan (Si-Nduk) Di Desa Kabunan Kecamatan Balen Kabupaten Bojonegoro

menghadirkan Aplikasi Si-Nduk kepanjangan dari Sistem Informasi Online Kependudukan. Aplikasi

yang lahir pada bulan Maret 2020 dengan tujuan untuk menekan penyebaran Covid-19 dengan

melakukan pelayanan online sehingga intesitas tatap muka petugas dan pemohon berkurang.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan aplikasi Si-Nduk diDesa Kabunan Kecamatan

Balen Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. dengan menggunakan

pendekatan kualitatif. Pengambilan data menggunakan wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi.

Model yang digunakan adalah model pengukuran kesuksesan sistem informasi manajemen dari

DeLone.dan.McLean 2003 dalam Hidayatullah (2020). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Kualitas

sistem peforma sistem yang tidak lamban, keamanan data yang sudah terjamin. (2) Kualitas informasi

kelengakapnya sudah sesuai (3) Kualitas Layanan rendah dikarenakan kurang responsifnya petugas

aplikasi. (4) Penggunaan aplikasi juga belum menyeluruh di desa Kabunan bahkan ada yang lambat

mengetahui fungsi dan kegunaan aplikasi Si-Nduk ini dan sangat jarang menggunakan aplikasi. (5)

Kepuasan Pengguna masyarakat desa Kabunan terhadap hadir nya aplikasi Si-Nduk ini masih belum

ada. Selain itu faktor lamban respon petugas membuat kepuasan dari pengguna terhadap aplikasi Si-

Nduk sangat kecil. (6) Net Benefit ketersediannya pelayanan administrasi kependudukan secara

online. Masih belum optimalnya layanan aplikasi Si-Nduk di Desa Kabunan maka, saran dari penulis

untuk Pemkab Bojonegoro atau PemDesa Kabunan melalui penelitian ini adalah dengan

meningkatkan petugas admin aplikasi Si-Nduk serta, melakukan sosialisasi secara menyeluruh ke

warga desa Kabunan agar seluruh masyarakat dapat menggunakan aplikasi Si-Nduk.

applicants is reduced. This study aims to analyze the application of the Si-Nduk application in

Kabunan Village, Balen District, Bojonegoro Regency. This research is a descriptive research. by

using a qualitative approach. Collecting data using interviews, documentation and observation. The

model used is the management information system success measurement model from

DeLone.and.McLean 2003. Results of research These are (1) Quality system performance that is not

sluggish, guaranteed data security. (2) The quality of the complete information is appropriate (3) Quality of service, due to the lack of responsiveness of the application officer. (4) The use of the 

application is also not comprehensive in the village of Kabunan and some are even slow to know the 

functions and uses of the Si-Nduk application and very rarely use the application. (5) User satisfaction 

from the Kabunan village community regarding the presence of the Si-Nduk application is still not 

available. In addition, the slow response factor of officers makes user satisfaction with the Si-Nduk 

application very small. (6) Net Benefit the availability of online population administration services. 

The suggestion from the author for the Bojonegoro Regency Government or Kabunan Village

Government through this research is to increase the Si-Nduk application admin officer. Conduct a 

thorough socialization to the residents of Kabunan village so that the entire community can use the 

Si-Nduk application.
