Pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility Terhadap Asimetri Informasi dengan Komite Audit Sebagai Variabel Moderasi Pada Sektor Pertambangan 2015-2018

THE IMPACTS OF CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY ON INFORMATION ASYMMETRY WITH THE AUDIT COMMITTEE AS MODERATION VARIABLES OF THE MINING INDUSTRY IN 2015-2018

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis asimetri informasi pada sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2015-2018. Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah corporate social responsibility. Variabel moderasi yang digunakan adalah good corporate governance dengan pengukuran komite audit. Variabel dependen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah asimetri informasi. Metode analisis yang dipakai adalah analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan metode purposed sampling dengan total sampel dari tahun 2015-2018 adalah 156 sampel. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah corporate social responsibility dan komite audit tidak berpengaruh terhadap asimetri informasi.Komite audit tidak dapat memoderasi hubungan corporate social responsibility dan asimetri informasi pada sektor pertambangan tahun 2015-2018.

The objective of this research is to analyze information asymmetry of the mining Industry that were enlisted in BEI in 2015-2018. The independent variables applied are corporate social responsibility. The moderating variables applied are good corporate governance with audit committee. The dependent variables applied are information asymmetry. The methodology used to address the research question is multiple linear regression analysis and purposive sampling which comprising the whole number of 156 sample in 2015-2018. The research findings indicate that between the listed variables, corporate social responsibility  and audit committee does not hold any impacts on information asymmetry of the mining Industry in 2015-2018. Audit Committee does not moderate the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility and Information Asymmetry of the mining Industry in 2015-2018
