Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran fisika berbasis discovery learning untuk melatihkan keterampilan proses sains siswa pada pokok bahasan gerak harmonik sederhana pada siswa kelas X di MAN Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini mengadaptasi model pengembangan Plomp & Nieveen (2010). Desain uji coba menggunakan one group pretest-posttest design. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa data kevalidan, kepraktisan dan keefektifan perangkat pembelajaran melalui teknik analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) kevalidan perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan berkategori valid seperti silabus, RPP, BAS, LKS dan kisi-kisi tes KPS; 2) kepraktisan perangkat pembelajaran ditunjukkan dari: keterbacaan BAS berkategori sedang, keterlaksanaan pembelajaran berkategori sangat baik, rata-rata aktivitas terkait keterampilan proses sains siswa pada kelas X IPA 2 sebesar 54%, kelas X IPA 5 sebesar 55% dan kelas X IPA 6 sebesar 61%; 3) keefektifan perangkat pembelajaran ditinjau dari: N gain rata-rata 0,61 pada kelas X IPA 2, N gain rata-rata 0,70 pada kelas X IPA 5 dan N gain rata-rata 0,73 pada kelas X IPA 6 , respon siswa terhadap perangkat dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran sangat positif dengan persentase 89% pada kelas X IPA 2, sedangkan 90% pada kelas X IPA 5 dan 95% pada kelas X IPA 6. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran fisika model discovery learning yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi kriteria kevalidan, kepraktisan dan keefektifan sehingga layak digunakan untuk melatihkan keterampilan proses sains siswa.

The aims of this study is to produce physics learning instruments based on discovery learning to train students' science process skills on the subject of simple harmonic motion in class X students of MAN Sidoarjo. This research adapted the model of Plomp&Nieveen (2010) development. The trial design used one group pretest-posttest design. The data collected was in the form of validity data, practicality and effectiveness of learning instruments. The data analysis technique was carried out in a form of qualitative and quantitative descriptive manner. The results of the study show that: 1) the validity of learning instruments developed is valid; 2) the practicality of learning instruments is shown from: BAS readability is in the medium category, the implementation of category learning is very good, the average activities which related to science process skills of students are 55%; 3) the effectiveness of learning instruments in terms of: average N gain of 0.61 on class X IPA 2, average N gain of 0.70 on class X IPA 5 and average N gain of 0.73 on class X IPA 6, student responses to the instruments and the implementation of the learning were very positive with a percentage of 89% on class X IPA 2, 90% on class X IPA 5 and 95% on class X IPA 6. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the physics learning instruments using the discovery learning model which developed has fulfilled the validity criteria, practicality and effectiveness. So that, it is appropriate to be used to train students' science process skills.
