Pengelolaan Media pembelajaran daring adalah pengelolaan media pembelajaran yang menfasilitasi pendidikan masyarakat ketika mereka tidak dapat mengikuti pendidikan secara tatap muka atau reguler. Sehingga warga belajar tetap dapat mandiri melakukan pembelajaran tanpa terbatasi ruang dan waktu yang dilaksanakan oleh UPT SKB Mojokerto. Fokus penelitian mengacu pada proses perencanaan penerapan media pembelajaran daring, pelaksanaan penerapan media pembelajaran daring, dan evaluasi penerapan media pembelajaran daring serta faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambatnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini terdiri Kepala UPT SKB sekaligus pamong belajar kesetaraan paket C, tutor kesetaraan paket C, dan warga belajar kesetaraan paket C dengan hasil penelitian menggambarkan pengelolaan media pembelajaran daring (1) perencanaan penerapan media pembelajaran daring berpedoman pada Kurikulum 2013 yang mengalami penyesuaian pada penerapan media pembelajaran daring pada masa pandemi covid-19. (2) pelaksanaan penerapan media pembelajaran daring memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dengan waktu pembelajaran yang fleksibel. (3) evaluasi penerapan media pembelajaran daring dinilai dari segi afektif dan kognitif yang keduanya dilakukan langsung oleh tutor. (4) Faktor pendukung penerapan media pembelajaran daring berasal dari faktor internal yaitu motivasi belajar yang tinggi, kemampuan warga belajar dalam mengoperasikan perangkat media pembelajaran daring dan juga faktor eksternal yang dipengaruhi oleh kebijakan pemerintah. (5) Faktor penghambat penerapan media pembelajaran daring berasal dari faktor internal yaitu gagap teknologi juga faktor eksternal dipengaruhi oleh pekerjaan serta lokasi tempat tinggal sulit mengakses internet.

Management of online learning media is the management of learning media that facilitates public education when they cannot attend face-to-face or regular education. So that learning residents can still independently carry out learning without being limited by space and time which is carried out by UPT SKB Mojokerto. The research focus refers to the process of planning the application of online learning media, implementing the application of online learning media, and evaluatingthe application of online learning media as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors. The subjects in this study consisted of the Head of UPT SKB as well as the tutor for the equivalence of package C, the tutor of the equivalence of package C, and the residents of learning the equivalence of package C with the results of the study.describe managementonline learning media(1) planning for the application of online learning media inUPT SKB Mojokerto based on the 2013 Curriculum which has been adjusted to application online learning media during the covid-19 pandemic. (3) evaluation of the application of online learning media is assessed in terms of affective and cognitive, both of which are carried out directly by the tutor. (4) The supporting factors for the application of online learning media come from internal factors, namely high learning motivation, the ability of learning citizens to operate online learning media devices and also external factors that are influenced by government policies. (5) The inhibiting factor for the application of online learning media comes from internal factors, namely technological stuttering as well as external factors influenced bywork as wellthe location of residence is difficult to access the internet.
