The Relationship Between Job Embeddedness and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in PT. X Employees
Job embeddedness dan organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan memiliki potensi untuk saling mempengaruhi. Karyawan yang merasa terikat dengan organisasi cenderung lebih menunjukkan perilaku organizational citizenship behavior yang dapat memberikan manfaat bagi perusahaan seperti peningkatan produktivitas, kolaborasi, dan lingkungan kerja yang positif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara job embeddedness dengan organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan PT. X. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan analisis korelasional dengan subjek yaitu karyawan tetap berjumlah 112 karyawan. Teknik analisis data dengan korelasi pearson product moment dan penghitungan dilakukan menggunakan SPSS 25.0 for windows. Hasil analisis yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa taraf signifikan yaitu sebesar 0.006 (P<0.05), artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara job embeddedness dengan organizational citizenship behavior. Nilai koefisien korelasi product moment yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebesar 0.762 (r=0.762), Hasil koefisien korelasi menunjukkan nilai yang positif dan kuat artinya hubungan antara kedua variabel searah sehingga apabila variabel job embeddedness memiliki nilai yang tinggi maka variabel organizational citizenship behavior juga akan semakin tinggi.
Job embeddedness and organizational citizenship behavior in employees have the potential to influence each other. Employees who feel attached to the enterprinses tend to be more likely to demonstrate organizational citizenship behavior that can provide benefits to the organization such as increased productivity, collaboration, and a positive work environment. This study aims to determine the relationship between job embeddedness and organizational citizenship behavior in PT X employees. The method used in this research is quantitative method with correlational analysis. The subjects used in this study were permanent employees totaling 112 employees. Data collection techniques with organizational citizenship behavior scale and job embeddedness scale. Data analysis techniques with Pearson product moment correlation and calculations are carried out using the help of the SPSS application program version 25.0 for windows. The results of the analysis conducted show that the significant level is 0.006 (P <0.05), meaning that there is a significant relationship between job embeddedness and organizational citizenship behavior. The product moment correlation coefficient value obtained in this study is 0.762 (r=0.762), the results show the relationship between job embeddedness and organizational citizenship behavior is classified as a strong relationship. The correlation coefficient results show a positive value, meaning that the relationship between the two variables is unidirectional so that if the job embeddedness variable has a high value, the organizational citizenship behavior variable will also be higher.
