TANGGAPAN MASYARAKAT PENYANDANG DISABILITAS ATAS FASILITAS PUBLIK YANG DIBERIKAN KOTA LAMONGAN
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan tanggapan masyarakat penyandang disabilitas atas fasilitas publik yang telah diberikan kota Lamongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan persentase. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 69 orang penyandang disabilitas yang terbagi menjadi 24 orang penyandang tunadaksa, 16 orang penyandang tunanetra, 11 orang penyandang tunawicara dan 18 orang penyandang cacat ganda. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan angket. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tanggapan masyarakat penyandang disabilitas atas fasilitas publik yang telah diberikan kota Lamongan yaitu 87,5% penyandang tunadaksa mengatakan puas dan 12,5% mengatakan tidak puas, kemudian 56,25% penyandang tunanetra mengatakan tidak puas dan 43,75% mengatakan puas, serta 68,96% penyandang tunawicara dan cacat ganda mengatakan puas dan 31,03% mengatakan tidak puas.

The purpose of this research is to describe the responses of people with disabilities for public facilities that have been given the city of Lamongan. This study uses a type of descriptive quantitative approach with percentage. The number of samples in this study was 69 people with disabilities that are divided into 24 people with disabilities, 16 people with visual impairment, 11 people with no means and 18 persons with double disability. Data collection techniques using observations and polls. The Data obtained is then analyzed using a descriptive quantitative technique with a percentage. The results of this study showed that the responses of people with disabilities for public facilities that have been given the city of Lamongan which is 87.5% the disabled say satisfied and 12.5% say dissatisfied, then 56.25% of the visually impaired said dissatisfied and 43.75% said satisfied, as well as 68.96% people who have been able and double defects say satisfied and 31.03% say not satisfied.
