Pengembangan e-Modul Berbasis Heyzine Flipbook pada Materi Peralatan Dapur untuk Siswa Kuliner Fase E
Development of Heyzine Flipbook-based e-Module on Kitchen Equipment Materials for Phase E Culinary Student
Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui: 1) hasil pengembangan e-modul; 2) kelayakan materi dan media dari e-modul; 3) respon siswa dari e-modul Peralatan Dapur Berbasis Heyzine Flipbook bagi siswa program keahlian kuliner fase E.
Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development / R&D) khususnya model 4D yang terbagi menjadi tahapan pendefinisian (define), perancangan (design), pengembangan (develop) dan penyebaran (disseminate). Namun, pengembangan yang dilakukan hanya sampai tahap develop karena ada keterbatasan waktu dan biaya. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan angket dengan subyek penelitian yaitu terdiri dari 5 validator materi & media, serta 32 siswa kuliner SMKN 1 Cerme Gresik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif.
Penelitian menunjukan: 1) media pembelajaran berbentuk heyzine flipbook yang dapat diakses menggunakan link https://heyzine.com/flip-book/9d2c26e573.html; 2) kelayakan materi dan media dinyatakan sangat layak dengan rata-rata 93.38% dan 92.92%; 3) Respon siswa sangat layak dengan rata-rata 89.42%. Penelitian ini menghasilkan e-modul yang siap diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran.

The purpose of this study is to find out: 1) the results of the development of e-modules; 2) the feasibility of the material and media of the e-module; 3) student responses from the Heyzine Flipbook-Based Kitchen Equipment e-module for students of the phase E culinary skills program.
This research uses research and development (R&D), especially the 4D model which is divided into stages of define, design, develop and disseminate. However, the development carried out is only up to the develop stage because there are time and cost limitations. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire with research subjects, consisting of 5 material & media validators, and 32 culinary students of SMKN 1 Cerme Gresik. The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive techniques.
The research shows: 1) learning media in the form of heyzine flipbook which can be accessed using https://heyzine.com/flip-book/9d2c26e573.html; 2) the feasibility of the material and media was declared very feasible with an average of 93.38% and 92.92%; 3) The student response was very decent with an average of 89.42%. This research produces e-modules that are ready to be implemented in learning.
