Pengaruh Work Environment dan Work Stress Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi pada PT. PMMS Jakarta)

Di era Modern ini pentingnya pengelolaan terhadap sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang berkualitas dan kompeten merupakan salah satu faktor penentu berhasil atau tidaknya suatu perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuannya. Work Stress and Work Environment merupakan salah satu penentu apakah karyawan tersebut memiliki kinerja yang baik atau tidak di TP.PMMS Jakarta. Fenomena banyaknya karyawan merasa stress dan pengaruh lingkungan kerja, melatarbelakangi penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini merupakan karyawan divisi marketing di PT.PMMS Jakarta sebanyak 34 orang diolah menggunakan regresi linear dengan SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work stress dan work environment berpengaruh terhadap kinerja.

The respondents in this study were employees of the marketing division at PT. PMMS Jakarta as many as 34 people were processed using linear regression with SPSS 22. The results showed that work stress and work environment affect performance.
