Berdasarkan hasil pra-penelitian, peneliti menemukan fakta bahwa hasil belajar ekonomi siswa pada materi lembaga jasa keuangan kelas X IPS SMAN 1 Driyorejo tergolong rendah dikarenakan yang memperoleh nilai diatas KKM sekitar 17,65% sedangkan sisanya masih dibawah rata-rata ketuntasan nilai minimum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin belajar dan teman sebaya terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa. Penelitian dilakukan di SMAN 1 Driyorejo tahun ajaran 2018/2019 dengan jumlah populasi dari kelas X IPS sebanyak 106 siswa. Jumlah sampel yang dipakai sebanyak 85 siswa dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data melalui angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan software SPSS. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil variabel disiplin belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa sebesar 7.880 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0.000. Sedangkan untuk variabel teman sebaya berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 3.229 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0.002. Secara keseluruhan, kedua variabel bebas ini berpengaruh sebesar 87.3% terhadap variabel terikat dan sisanya sebesar 12.7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak disebutkan dalam penelitian ini.

Based on the pre-research result, the researcher uncovers that the economics learning outcomes in the material of financial services institutions of the 10th grade social sciences students of SMAN 1 Driyorejo are low since the students who obtain scores above the Minimum Completeness Criteria (MCC) are around 17,65% while the rest of the students are still below the Minimum Completeness Criteria (MCC). This research aims to investigate the effect of learning discipline and peers on the students’ economics learning outcomes. This research is conducted at SMAN 1 Driyorejo in the academic year of 2018/2019. The population of this research is the 10th grade social sciences students with a total of 106 social sciences students. The samples are 85 students taken by simple random sampling technique. The data collection of this research utilizes questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis of this research utilizes multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software. The result of this research shows that the learning discipline variable affects the students’ learning outcomes of 7.880 with a significance level of 0.000 while the peers variable affects the students’ learning outcomes of 3.229 with a significance level of 0.002. On the whole, the two independent variables own an effect of 87.3% on the dependent variable and the remaining percentage of 12.7% is affected by other variables which are not mentioned in this research.
